The villa is 45 minutes from Faro airport.
Distances
Carvoeiro village and sea are just 15 minutes walk away or 3 mins by car. The village offers a wide choice of restaurants bars and shops. Beautiful beaches with coves can be found in Ferragudo.

Booking notes
Booking of the villa requires a 25% deposit with the balance 12 weeks prior to arrival. A £300 damage deposit is also required which is returnable on departure. No refunds are payable 12 weeks prior to departure.

About the owner
I live in West Sussex with my wife and 4 children. We have been coming to Portugal for many years and fell in love with the country enough to buy our own villa in 2006.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We Love Carvoeiro because of the fantastic facilities in the area. The beaches are beautiful and there is a great range of restaurants and bars to choose from in and out of town. The sporting facilities are endless with many Championship Golf Courses, Tennis Clubs and water sports to name a few. The most important factor for us is that Carvoeiro and its surrounding areas cater for the family. it is a family resort. (Not an 18-30 playground). The area is easily accessible with Faro airport just 45 minutes away.
Unique benefits of the property
As mentioned earlier we have 4 young children and required a quiet safe location with quick easy access to the centre of town and beach (10-15 minute walk)
The villa is detached with private garden and pool all maintained on a weekly basis. The villa was completely stripped to its shell and core and refurbished in 2007 offering all modern comforts to ensure a relaxing holiday.
