Pera is a traditional Portuguese village between Armacao De Pera and Albuferia. The villa is on the outskirts of the village on the new urbanization called Barracol. It is south facing with all bedrooms and lounge facing onto open countryside and views to the sea. The 3 bedroom villa (possibility to sleep more) is furnished to the highest standards. With a private pool, large well maintained garden, games room and roof terrace. Garden furniture supplied around the pool and on the terraces. Local paper shop, restaurants and local bars all with a 2 minute walk. I also have a representative on hand 24 hours a day if you should have any problems with my property. They will also assist in ensuring you have the best holiday in the Algarve, possibility to book villa next door for larger parties. Also near to the newly built Amondeira golf course at Alcantrilla opening spring 2008. Salgados 10 min drive.

Accessibility
The property does have a ground floor bedroom. The entrance to the property is approached by 2 steps. The pool has to be accessed down 5 steps
Outside
With a private pool approx 8.5m x 4m with shower surrounded by patio with room for various loungers. Barbecue on upper level with large well maintained garden overlooked by covered patio with circular stone table and benches. Games room with natural light full size of the building. Large roof terrace of Master bedroom with loungers. Patio/ pergola of upstairs hall running full lenght of the building with quality 6 seater table also room for lounger views up the village. Full patio with access from lounge and bottom bedroom running full length of the back of the house partially covered with plastic seating for 12 and loungers steps from this balcony down to the pool. Back of the house has open views of country and the sea in the distance.
Coast/Beach
40 minute walk to beach (5 min drive). The road thet runs along side the property leads down to the coastal road where all the beaches from Amercao de PEra and Albufeira lead of
Golf
Numerous golf courses close, Salgados. also new Amondeira golf course Designed by Nick Faldo and Christi O Conner due to open spring 2008.
Travel
Faro airport. Route along the en125 or main motorway which is quicker.
Distances
Local paper shop, restaurants and local bars all with a two minute walk. 10 minute drive to all main attractions. 5 min drive to nearest beach Prai Grande where you can walk along to Amarcao de Pera or Salgados. Taxi fares to Amercao de per approx 5 euros and to Albufeira about 15 euros. Bus service runs the road by th house with more services up on the en125 about a 10 min walk.
