The villa is out of the way, in a quiet corner of Santa Barbara de Nexe, allowing those within it's grounds to enjoy a tranquil, calming environment, whilst still maintaining easy access to the nearby hub of Faro. The villa is both traditional in it's appearance and luxurious in it's style and amenities. With four double bedrooms, an adjoining infant's area, three bathrooms, living and dining room, a spacious kitchen and a bar, this villa affords all the luxury one could want. Outside, a terrace borders a green garden and swimming pool, all of which look out onto the beautiful expanse below. Table tennis and snooker tables also occupy the games room, to keep you occupied when you want a change from swimming or sunbathing.

Distances
Almancil is 10 minutes drive away with some of the finest retaurants in the area. Loule is 15 minutes away and has a famous Saturday market which is great fun to go to. Forum Algarve is a 15 minute drive away, in Faro and is a lovely shopping centre, with an extensive supermarket and some interesting shops.
Further details
There are some fun water parks to explore and Aqua Show is about 20 minutes away. Zoomarine is a really great day out for the family. Here you can swim with the dolphins, but this must be booked in advance. Within easy driving distance, you will find golf, tennis, jet ski hire, windsurfing, boat trips to the caves, horseriding and karting.
Booking notes
We ask for a deposit of 25% to confirm the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Full details of all clients names must be provided before departure and we require a £250 refundable damages deposit. If required - internet and telephone available - all charges to your account.
