For rentals of 1 month or more during winter months October to March a reduction to £100 per week is offered. Please note - Christmas and New Year weeks not included in this offer.
Changeover day
Friday to Friday bookings preferred but flexibility considered. Arrival time 4pm and departure time 10 am.

Towels and linen are included. For stays of more than 1 week clean linen is provided and the house will be cleaned by a maid. |

The flat is naturally cosy with a basket of logs for the winter. Extra can be provided at cost. Children are welcome. Pets by arrangement.

Coast/Beach
The Atlantic Coast is about an hour away by car with unspoilt beaches, great surfing and miles of dunes. In Lousa and the surrounding hills there are many natural swimming pools and river beaches. The nearest is in a beautiful valley by Lousa Castle about 4 km away from the apartment.
Travel
Lousa is almost equidistant from Lisbon and Porto airports. The journeys will take about 2 hours. Additionally Lousa is on the railway line from Coimbra Park station so it is possible to travel by train which means that car hire is not essential. However to make the most of your holiday, a car is useful.
Distances
Lousa is about 25 kms from Coimbra. The mountain village of Gois is about 20 minutes away by car. Miranda do Corvo is 10 minutes away and Penela with its castle is about 25 minutes.
In fact many of the most beautiful towns, buildings and scenery are within 2 hours of Lousa, including Bussaco and its forest, Tomar, Batalha and Coimbra itself.
Further details
Lousa has a full range of facilities, banks with ATMs, supermarkets (Intermarche and Lidl) and a brand new Modelo within walking distance, a swimming pool (at the end of the road about 200m approx) and a good restaurant a stones throw from the front door with many others in the town with a range of cuisines. Lousa B train station is within walking distance.
