Outside
The three upstairs bedrooms have balconies, garden with garden furniture, outside BBQ, use of a shared heated pool which you share with C10 villas. Rarely is the pool busy.
Coast/Beach
Beach - Choice of the calm waters of the lagoon (10 mins walk, 2 mins drive) or the rugged Atlantic coastline (5 mins drives). Both beautiful sandy beaches.
Golf
5* golf resort of Praia D'el Ray is only a 5 minute drive away.
It nestles in an attractive pine forest, near Obidos Lagoon, overlooking a long stretch of beautiful beach and the Berlengas Island nature reserve. The front 9 is amongst a pine forest, with the back 9 closer to the sea and playing more like a links course. 6500 metres, par 72, the 4th, 13th, 14th & 15th holes are stunning as they are set along the coast.
Other courses near by include Golden Eagle (30min). Campo Real (30 mins). Penha Longa, Quinta da Marinha, Golf do Estoril all within a 60 mins drive.
Special interest holidays
The rugged coastline of the Atlantic can be of particular interest to water sport enthusiasts who want to take part in windsurfing and surfing. The clam waters of the lagoon are a good platform for beginners to learn. Jet skiing and sailing available here too.

Lisbon airport 60km, (45 mins in the car).
Porto (2 hrs drive)

Distances
Obidos - Historical town with quaint cobbled streets, and various gift shops, cafes and restaurants 15min drive. Caldas Da Rainha - a large town with various well known shops such as Mango, Zara, Puma and Quicksilver. Regular markets held here. 15min drive. Foz De Arelho - Adjacent to the villa, Lovely sandy beach, the areas livelist area because of its bars and restaurants. 20min drive. Peniche - Fishing town with unbeatable fish restaurants.

Payment of the full balance of your stay is due 6 weeks before your arrival, a £250 deposit is required to secure your booking.
