Villa Jonda is a detached bungalow set on the 3rd hole of the Royal Golf Course in Vale do Lobo. It has large mature garden with a number of citrus trees providing a good supply of oranges and lemons during the fruit season. Membership of Barringtons Leisure and Fitness Club is included for all guests using the villa. Barringtons also has a service to give clients discounted golf green fees.

Changeover day
Change over days are normally Thursdays, but flexibility may be shown at certain times.

| Bathrooms: | Ensuite to bedroom 1, has bath, with shower, toilet,bidet, and sink unit. Ensuite to bedroom 2, with shower, toilet and sink unit. Ensuite to bedroom 3, with double sink unit, walk in shower, bath, bidet, and toilet. Bathroom 4 bath/shower, etc. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is very spacious with dining table for up to 6 people. Gas/eletric hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine are all provided, as well as a kettle, toaster, juicer and food processor. An iron and ironing board are there. |
| Living Rooms: | There is a large living room with dining table for 8 people separated from the main living area. 2 large settees and 2 chairs provide ample facilities. TV with Sky Sports and all BBC and ITV channels, together with CD and cassette player available. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels, beach towels, and linen are included, and are changed weekly. Maid service is 6 days a week, 2 hours a day, excluding public holidays. |

Outside
The plot is over 2000 sq metres, providing plenty of space for children and families. The pool is 12 metres by 6 metres, space for a proper swim. it is situated just outside the living room terrace. There are two outside dining areas each providing seating for 8 people. A bbq with sink is available at the poolside.
Coast/Beach
The beach is approximately 8 minutes gentle walk from the villa.
Golf
The Vale do Lobo golf centre is 5 minutes walk from the villa. There are many other courses within 15 minutes by car, Barringtons will give discounted rates on many of them to residents in the villa.
Travel
The airport of Faro is 20 minutes by car from Vale do Lobo. A stay in Vale do Lobo does not mean a car is essential, however there many interesting places to see where your own transport would be needed.
Distances
The local supermarket is about 4 minutes on foot.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required on booking the villa, this is non refundable, the balance would be due 8 weeks before departure.
