This newly built villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything to ensure a relaxing vacation. The paved garden area is south facing with its own pool which has the benefit of a solar panel cover and enjoys sun all day long. The complex is set overlooking the sea and national park. It has an adult and children's swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Burgau is a quaint fishing village with lots of character and charm.

Accessibility
There is a large porch area which has a slight step up from the footpath. Once in this porch area, the ground floor is all at this level. Both bedrooms are upstairs but there is a sofa bed and bathroom with walk in shower on the ground floor level. The garden and pool is also on this level.
Coast/Beach
The beach in Burgau is only 5 mins walk down the hill. The beach bar is highly recommended for lunch or dinner.
Golf
Boavista golf is only 3-4 km east. Parque da Floresta is only 4-5 km west. Many other golf courses within 45 mins drive in Central and Eastern Algarve.
Special interest holidays
Burgau is set in a national park which is excellent for walks and bird watching.
Travel
Faro airport is less than 1 hour drive from Burgau and the A22 motorway makes this an easy drive. However, there is a regular bus service to Luz and Lagos as well as local taxis.
Distances
The villa is in Burgau but Praia de Luz is a few minutes drive to the east and Lagos town is a 10 minutes drive. To the west Sagres is less than 20 minutes drive which is ideal for windsurfing enthusiasts.
Further details
There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs in the village. The Burgau sports centre with outdoor pool, tennis courts and children's playground is only a short walk from the villa offering other activities for both children and adults alike. There is an ATM in the village and internet cafe.

Prices are for the property per week and prices are inclusive of a weekly change of bedlinen. A 25% deposit is required upon booking with payment in full 8 weeks before arrival.
