This recently built villa in a quiet residential area of the village, is privately owned within its own grounds, to the front of the villa is a pool, 7m x 4m, which has sea views, a private terrace, and eating area, and small grassed area. To the rear of the property is a fully enclosed garden, with eating area and a traditional Portuguese barbeque. This area is ideal for ensuring small children cannot reach the pool unaccompanied. The villa has all amenities within an easy walking distance of Carvoeiro, the nearest restaurant being 300m of the villa, the beach being 800m, makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the Algarve, but being in an area that is quiet for families wanting to escape the crowds.

| Other: | In the lounge for cooler nights there is a wood burning stove giving the room a warm and welcoming feel. There is also a dining room which seats 6 and has views overlooking the fields at the rear of the villa. |

Towels and bedlinen included. Bedlinen and towels changed weekly. Cleaning 3 times a week. Beach/pool towels are not provided. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is an ideal base for a family holiday, with its own pool, and BBQ leavng the villa can be an effort. However, there are 2 waterparks and the famous Zoomarine within 20 minutes of the villa.
Within a 10 minute drive there are numerous fantastic beaches, with stunning views.
Numerous golf courses, including Pennina, are within a 15 minutes drive, the nearest being Pinta and Gramacho, being only 5 minutes away. For those who prefer retail therapy, the Algarve shopping centre is only another 10 minute drive away, with the exclusive resort of Vilamoura and designer shops a 30 minute drive, an excuse to lunch whist deciding which yacht to purchase!

Carvoeiro Beach, 800m walking distance, 2 minutes by car.
Numerous beaches and coves are within 10 mins by car, most with beach bars, restaurants, volleyball and boat trips all with breathtaking views.
Golf
Pennina Golf, 15 mins drive.
Gramacho and Pinta Golf, 5 mins drive.
Val de Milho, 5 mins drive.
Travel
45 mins drive from Faro airport, car hire not essential, but a great way to explore the coves and beaches.
Taxis from the airport, 60 euros approx.
Distances
Centre of village, 5 mins walk.
Faro, 45 mins drive.
Sagres, 60 mins (most westerly point of Europe).

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on booking, this is non-refundable, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
A security deposit of £200 will be asked for to cover any damages, this is to be paid locally, in the form of a cheque, and will be returned to you, on your departure, on receipt of the keys.
You are advised to make your own travel insurance arrangements.
