Apartment is located on ground floor making it very suitable for families with small children. A childrens outdoor play area and pool is also provided. Coast/Beach
Falesia Beach is a clean beach with life guards on duty and is a short drive away. Vilamoura beach is also a few minutes away by car.

Golf
Apartment is located 5 mins from Millenium, Laguna, Pinhal and the Old Course golf courses and there are other courses close by as well. 3 mins to local driving range. The Millenium Course is an 18 hole par 72 course opened in 2000. Green fees are 95 euro Rental Club 50 euro. Max handicap -28/-36. The Laguna Course (also 18 holes) North & East opened in 1990 and South in 1993. Green fees are slightly cheaper. The Pinhal Course opened in 1976 and was remodelled by Robert Trent Jones in 1985 is also 18 holes. The Old Course opened in 1969 and was modernised by Martin Hawtree in 1996. Travel
Faro airport is approx 25-30 mins by car/taxi. Taxi fare approx €35 one way. Exit Faro airport take 2nd right signed EN125 Portimao/Lisboa/Albufeira continue on this road approx 2miles and veer to left sign for Almancil EN125. Go straight ahead until you see a large sign for Vilamoura(on right.) Turn at this sign to the left. Go to first roundabout turn right property is quarter of mile on this road and situated on the left hand side. There is a sign on the building Residence Golf Club.

Distances
Vilamoura is approx 3km. Loule approx 10km. Quarteira approx 5km. Albufeira is approx 16km. Faro is approx 23km. Use of car recommended. Eva bus stops a few minutes walk from complex on Estrada de Albufeira.

Further details
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and marina 7 mins drive. Weekly market on Wednesday in Quarteira (old town) about 25 mins walk. Loule has a weekly market on Saturdays and is about 17 mins drive. Almancil also hosts a market on the 1st and 4th Sunday of the month and is approx 15 mins drive .Good bus service to Faro and Albufeira. Forum Shopping centre is located in Faro has several large stores/shops. Algarve shopping centre is located in Albufeira and also has quality shopping. For food shopping locally there are Ali Supers similar to Centra ..not cheap! Modelo hypermarkets are located in Albufeira and Loule. Loule also has Lidl which is near to Modelo. Almancil has Aldi and beside it is a very fine local supermarket. Vilamoura is a paradise for the casual walker with beautifully manicured walking areas. The Marina area hosts a plethora of great restaurants and eateries. Cerro da Vila north of the waterfront is a new archaeological park created at the site of a Roman settlement and is worth a visit. Quality restaurants are also to be found in Almancil and Loule a short drive from Residence Golfe. In Almancil there is also a karting circuit with separate children's track. Special attraction for children is the Aquashow family park which is located on the N396 just outside Quarteira and about 15 mins drive from the complex. The park is a combined waterpark bird garden and wax museum. This park has 16 attractions including the Rio Lento or Wild Snake waterslide and the Montanha Russa Watercoaster (aquashowpark.com). Atlantic Park with lots of long water slides and tunnels is located on the N125 at Quatro Estradas also near Quarteira and is within driving distance. Mini golf is also available and a brand newly built public swimming pool is located on Rua do Sol beside the football stadium. The cinema is a short drive away. Vilamoura has a number of banks and ATMS. Taxis are available with ranks located near the pharmacy and casino.

Booking notes
25% booking deposit required by bank draft. Full payment required 6 weeks before rental date. 200 euros required for damage/breakages. Refunded after apartment has been checked and inventory accounted for.

Very nice spacious apartment in a lovely location highly recommend property would definitely book again. Owners very helpful with information etc. Apartment has everything needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Very large balcony/deck and nice pool area with loungers etc. Spent a week here recently would return to this property again. Tyrone Family
