Apartment comprises of substantial hallway opening onto lounge with dining area, kitchen with table, master double bedroom, bathroom and second bedroom with single bed and substantial chair bed. The lounge area and second bedroom open onto a balcony large enough to provide BBQ and dining area aswell as space for sun loungers. 5 minutes walking to sea front and all amenities eg. shops, bars, restaurants.

Prices include preparation of apartment, greeting service and full clean on departure. All bedlinen and bathroom towels provided, but not beach towels.

We feel our apartment would be most suitable for couples/small families. We feel our balcony is not safe for unsupervised mobile under 5's.

Unfortunately the property is not suitable for elderly or disabled, as it is on the 3rd floor with no lift.

Family friendly safe beach, literally 5 mins walk to the shell shaped harbour of São Martinho.
