The villa features a large heated tiled swimming pool, a BBQ, and a lovely well maintained garden that leads directly onto the 17th fairway of Pinhal Golf Course. For the non golfers, it is close to all the amenities and life at the marina including the casino, restaurants, bars, and shops. Two waterparks for the kids are less than 15 minutes away. The popular Vilamoura golf courses are right on your doorstep Pinhal, Old Course, Laguna, Millennium and the WGC host Victoria GC. The Central Algarve location also means all the other fantastic courses are easily accessible. This is not only an ideal location for golf enthusiasts, but also for families with young children, or couples who can enjoy the tranquil settings of the villa whilst also experiencing the enchanting atmosphere of the Marina. A ‘road-train’ passes close to the villa where for a few euros one can ride with the kids to the beaches and local attractions.

There are two travel cots, 3 high chairs and a stair gate available in the villa.

Well maintained, mature garden. BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Large upstairs sun terrace. Large tiled swimming pool. Garden leads onto 17th fairway of Pinhal Golf Course. Two large floodlights light up the pool and garden to make a lovely ambient to share a bottle of wine in the evening!

Coast/Beach
5 minute drive to the beach, 15 minutes walking.

Golf
All Vilamoura courses Pinhal, Old Course, Millennium, Laguna and Victoria within 2 to 10 minute drive. The other 20 or so Algarve courses are easily accessible. The N-125 and the motorway are both less than 15 mins away.

Travel
Faro Airport about 25 minutes away.

Distances
A short <15 minute stroll to the thriving Marina.
