This house is situated on a hill with lovely views of the beach and town. It has a private pool, satellite tv and patio with covered barbecue area. Other amenities in the house include a table tennis table, dartboard, dvd player and radio/cd player. Nearby are all the normal amenities such as cafes, restaurants and bars and a few minutes drive away are supermarkets and shops in the town of Lourinha. Also just outside the town is a go-karting track. The large holiday town of Peniche is 15km away (visible from the back bedrooms) with a wide choice of dining and shopping plus more beaches and a castle. Also within 30 minutes drive are the historic towns of Caldas Da Rainha and Obidos with the nearby lagoon.

Changeover day
We run a flexible scheme for rental. Costs are normally worked out on a daily basis of 1/7th of the weekly rental per extra day. Checkout time is 1200hrs and check in time 1500hrs however this can be flexible depending on bookings.

Kitchen: Spacious modern kitchen with hob with extractor hood, separate oven, microwave oven, toaster, fridge,freezer, dishwasher, toasted sandwich maker, electric kettle. There is a breakfast bar and the area is open to the dining area.
Utility Room: Washing machine and sink, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Lounge with large and small sofas, TV, DVD, radio/cd player. This room also has two ceiling fans. Dining area adjacent to kitchen with large foldout dining table.
Other: Dining area adjacent to the kitchen and breakfast bar. Dining table seats 6 comfortably (with extension available for even more room). Patio doors open out to balcony with view over the pool and the sea.

linen/maid service:
Towels and linen supplied, changed weekly.

 

Notes on accommodation
Every bedroom has a balcony accessed via patio doors. Kitchen/diner also has a large balcony with sea view, table and chairs. The main lounge and master bedroom have fans.

The property is on 3 levels with stair access to each. The top floor comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor comprises of lounge, kitchen/diner and wc and the basement level comprises of garage/playroom, wc/shower, utility room and access to the pool area with barbecue facilities.

Outside
The patio area includes the private 4m pool, the covered barbecue area with chairs and table, sun loungers, sun shades and chairs.

Coast/Beach
Beach is ten minute walk away (down hill) into the town where all local amenities are avalable eg restaurants, cafes, toilets, shops etc

Travel
Nearest airport Lisbon (45-60 minutes) by car. Use of car is highly recommended.

Distances
Town 500m, next large town Lourinha 3km away. The large holiday resort of Peniche is about 15min drive

Booking notes
When bookings are requested we normally hold the reservation for 7 days to allow a deposit of 10% to be made. The balance is then due 8 weeks prior to travel.
