Quinta do Montinho is a small community of beautifully designed village townhouses. The house has its own garden together with communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. Guests can enjoy 30% green fee discount golf rights at Parque da Floresta Golf, together with many onsite activities including Spa, Health and Fitness Centre, floodlit tennis courts, bowling club and horseriding/mountainbike trails. Especially for children - the Floresta Fun Club is open to all young children and operates throughout Easter, July and August. There is a full programme of activities available (treasure hunts, pony trekking, face painting and excursions). There are coastline, countryside scenic walks and mountainbike trails in the South West Algarve. The area will never disappoint, with so much natural beauty and many unspoilt beaches.

The house is located within the boundaries of the Parque da Floresta golf resort, and the clubhouse, pro shop and all other facilities are a minutes drive from the house.
Other courses near to the house include: Boa Vista Golf, Lagos (10kms). Alto, Gramacho, Pinta, Penina and Vale do Milho (20kms).
Travel
The house is approx. 85kms from Faro airport, and transfers are simple. Car hire is recommended as the many wonderful beaches within the local coastline region of the Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vincentina Natural Park, must be explored and experienced.

To the west of the house lies the old town of Sagres, with its famous 'Fortaleza' maritime school (10kms).

Further details
The traditional sleepy village of Budens lies just below the house and has a few wonderful and traditional restaurants, in particular O Tiago's.
Parque da Floresta Golf Resort hosts and exciting range of restaurants, namely O Parque, The Spa Terrace, The Blue Lagoon, Vincentino's Trattoria and The Blue Wave Beach Bar, which all offer a variety of traditional Portuguese and European cuisines.
