The apartment is in a complex with balcony that overlooks a safe childrens pool. The apartment can also be secured during the night or when vacant by metal shutters that also excude any outside noise.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor with only a small amount of stairs. the complex is only small with ground floor and first floor.
Outside
Set in a beautiful green garden surrounded by well kept hedges that make the area very private. The pool is very well maintained and is a fair size. It has lights on the edge that light up at night. It has a barbecue area that is free to use for all residents or visitors. There are adequate sun loungers for use by all.
Coast/Beach
Gale, Castelo and Evaristo beaches within a five minute walk, and there are many more beaches within a very short walking distance.
Golf
Nearest golf course is Salgados which is less than a five minute drive. It is one of the newest courses on the Algarve and present quite a challenge to all golfers with its many water features. There are many other courses within a short drive such as--Victoria at Vilamoura, the ocean and Royal at Vale do Lobo, San Lorenzo, Quinta South and Quinta do Logo.
Travel
Distance from Faro Airport is no more than 25 minute drive, with easy access straight of motorway (1p1/A22). There is a railway station Ferreiras 15 min drive. There is a local bus stop outside of the apartment complex and local taxis are very cheap.

Albufeira Old Town is five minute drive. Algarve shopping 10 min drive. Vilamoura is 15 min drive.
Further details
The area has some of the best fish restaurants in Europe, lots of excursions can be booked including water parks, zoomarine, scuba diving clubs, fishing, sailing, water sports and beach activities. Bike and moped hire. The coast line is very beautiful and is an artists or photographers delight.
Booking notes
20% deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks before holiday. £100 cheque against any damages 8 weeks before holiday and fully refunded 14 days after holiday is completed, if no damage. Transfers can be arranged for approx 35 euros in a bus that can carry twelve. Lots of other trips and excursions can be arranged.
