Casa Pasu is completely enclosed with electric gates ensuring child safety and a large separate enclosed pool terrace over looking the garden, plenty of parking space and outdoor lighting to enjoy the view at dusk. A complementary welcome pack is included on arrival.

Casa Pasu has a completely enclosed garden with electric gates. There is ample parking space for 4 cars. The garden has a large variety of plants, fruit trees, orange, fig, lemon and olive etc,which you are welcome to pick, There is seating in the garden and a large wishing well. The swimming pool is private and stands on its own terrace with a large area for sunbathing. The pool is 15ft wide - 22ft long and has surround and underwater lighting for the evenings. The BBQ is a large undercover area with its own double sink prep area and built in BBQ .A very large seating area which is well lit for the evenings. There is also a roof terrace which has lovely views and full sun all day ideal for sun worshippers. There are sunbeds, umbrellas and inflatables all available for use in and around the pool.
Coast/Beach
The coast is 20 minutes drive away as are water parks, golf courses and other attractions.
Golf
Golf is very popular in the Algarve Quinta da ria and Quinta de cima championship Golf courses (18 holes) are approx 20 mins away. Benamar in Tavira is 25 mins away.
Special interest holidays
Ideal location for bird watching Large garden which attracts alot of birds and butterflies, plus surrounding area Rural also with alot of wildlife.walking and cycling holidays, local cycle hire, walking routes available from local tourist information office. Lots of wild birds locally or travel 30 minutes to the park natural rio da formosa for a day viewing birds and wildlife in their natural surroundings. Also meet the lovely portuguese water dogs.

Faro airport is 20 minutes by car. Car hire not essential.

Loule 8 miles, Tavira 14 miles, Olhao 12 miles all with a large variety of shops and amenities as does Sao Bras just 10 minutes walk from the villa.

Booking notes
A booking deposit of 30% is required for each booking.
The balance payment of a booking becomes payable 8 weeks before departure, this to include 250 euro breakage security deposit which is refundable after satisfactory inspection. we accept payment in Euros by bank transfer,Transfer costs to be covered by Guests. Travel holiday insurance is essential to cover non refundable payments should a cancellation be made.

About the owner
We have lived in sao bras for the past four years,But have visited the Algarve for the last 11 as my parents retired here. The children have adapted very well .The youngest attends the local Portuguese school and has picked the language up very quickly, I am not doing quite so well (Its an age thing! I work locally as a carer and enjoy the challenge. We first bought our property as a ruin in 2002 and over the next five years had our villa and pool built incorporating the original ruin as the utility. The garden was a real challenge but with the help of the local nursery we now have alot of plants trees and shrubs which all attract birds and butterflies. We have found all the local people very friendly and made many new friends.

We bought our property in 2002 in the quiet calcada area on the edge of Sao Bras.The attraction being although in a quiet location you are still in easy walking distance of sao bras with its busy market, cafes and shops.The local museum has many events during the year,along with sao bras fiestas. Sao bras is quite central for the airport, beaches or just a drive up into the hills a lovely place to live.

The property offers peace and quiet in relaxing surroundings but only minutes walk away from the local cafes and restaurants, local shops and supermarkets. The property has a unique built in barbecue area seating 12 easily allowing you to eat alfresco what ever the weather or time of year. The view out over the hills is beautiful from dawn to dusk and for a panoramic view there is also a roof terrace for the serious sun worshippers! The garden is completely enclosed with electric gates offering both privacy and security, but as the villa has an elevated position the views still remain.The surrounding neighbours are all Portuguese and very friendly hence giving you a real taste of Portugal.
