Changeover day
Apartment has to be vacated by 11am on day or departure. Arrival times at 4pm. Other times may be accommodated by arrangement with the managing agent.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - twin bedded room equipped with bespoke furniture, built in wardrobes. En-suite and terrace. Bedroom 2 - single bed with storage.
+ Sofa bed in large living room, sofa bed is not suitable for adults or children over 12 years.
Bathrooms: Large bathroom with twin wash hand basins, large vanity surfaces, shower, W/C and bidet.
There is an additional guest W/C with small hand basin at the rear of the large lounge.
Kitchen: A very well equipped kitchen with 2 large copper basins as well as facility for cleaning fish. Open plan area to lounge /dining area. The kitchen is also equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator, gas hob and microwave.
Living Rooms: Large living room with 70m2 and dining area for 6 people. Fittings include white leather settee, armchair, sofa bed. Log burning fire (logs are not provided) for those chilly nights later in the season as well as TV, DVD and Digi Box.
Other: Bedrooms and bathroom areas have large wooden shutters as well as large single glazed terrace doors.

Linen is provided as well as maid service weekly.

Outside
Access from living room directly onto outside south west facing terrace where you have superb sea views. Patio furniture for 6 persons as well as 2 sunbeds. Outside the property at ground level there is a car port suitable for small cars only.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is within walking distance of the local beach of Carvoeiro as well as having a selection of beaches within a 10 minute car journey.

Golf
There are a range of golf courses in the area to suit learner and those who like a challenge, with championship courses within a 10 minute car/taxi journey.

Travel
The airport of Faro is approx 45 minutes drive away, easily accessible by motorway.

Further details
Being situated in Carvoeiro, it means that if you want everything on your door step, there is no need to travel anywhere, with all local amenities and shops with 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Booking notes
Bookings are accepted with a 20% deposit, the balance being payable 6 weeks before departure. A bond of £150 is payable, refundable on return of keys and with no reported damage to the property.
