Family ensuite room sleeps upto 4 with double bed and a futon bed, ideal for children. The shower room has a shower, toilet, bidet and vanity unit with tiled walls and floor. This room also has a fridge, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. It also comprises of a coffee table, free standing wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Twin room sleeps 2 in single beds with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. With hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities. The shower room which is across the hallway comprises of shower, toilet and vanity unit and has tiled wall and floor.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has central heating and all rooms have a ceiling fan. Bath and hand towels are supplied. Pool towels are not. Because of our own cats (Maddie & C´for) we do not allow pets. Non Smoking in house but allowed outside on balcany and by pool.

Accessibility
The villa has many steps so unfortunately it is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Outside
Swimming pool size 5.5m x 3.5m. Patio with table and chairs. hammock and sun lougers.

Coast/Beach
Sea beach 40 min drive. River beach 10 min drive. The local river beaches are very popular with the younger people and quite often have volley ball pitches and ice cream cafe bars near by. We are also well situated 30/40 min drive to the beaches in Northern Spain like Baiona and Vigo.

Travel
Porto and Santiago de Compostela airports 90 minutes drive.
Vigo airport 30 mins drive new route from Gatwick from June 2008.
Santander and Bilboa 6 hours & 30 minutes drive.
Valença railway station 20km.
A car is essential in this area.

Distances
Monçao 6km, Melgaço 10 kms, Valença 15kms.
Penada National Park 15 min drive.

Further details
We have 2 local bars 1km away, both with small shops. Banks, supermarkets and restaurants can all be found in Monção 6 km away.

Booking notes
A 50% deposit on booking is required. The balance is due 60 days before holiday date.
