Large patios to the front and the rear of the property complete with table, chairs and sun loungers ideal for outside dining. The apartment includes air conditioning, hi fi with Sky TV and plasma screens in each bedroom. There is a communal heated swimming pool to the front of the property wich includes sun loungers, parasols, childrens pool, changing rooms and toilets. Golf facilities include driving range, championship course putting green and practise bunkers. There is a restaurant and bar situated in the clubhouse which offers 10% discount to "Boavista" guests. Other facilities include 5-a-side football pitch, childrens play area and tennis courts. The beautiful beach resorts of Praia da Luz & Lagos are within a 10 minute drive. Lagos has everything where past meets present as old cobbled streets contrast with the vibrant yacht marina where bars and restaurants are aplenty.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible and can be discussed at time of booking however check in is 4pm and check out is 12am.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has twin beds with a door to the patio, sat tv and en-suite.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds with sat tv and door on to the patio.
Bathrooms: Tiled en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower, wash basin,wc and bidet.
2nd bathroom has shower cubicle, wash basin wc.
Kitchen: Kitchen fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
All glassware, cutlery and crockery is available.
Utility Room: Ironing board and iron are available.
Living Rooms: Spacious living room with sky tv and hifi. 2 sofas with coffee table and a 6 seater dining table.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linen is changed once a week and the appartment is cleaned twice a week and towels changed twice a week.

Notes on accommodation
The appartment is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed.
The complex is very child friendly with cots/high chairs available on request.
On site security patrol the complex at regular intervals during the day.

Outside
Outside there is a rear terrace and a front patio.
A large shared swimming pool is situated across from the appartment which is heated from April to October.

Coast/Beach
The complex is a 10 minute dive from the beaches of Praia da Luz and Lagos, both catering for families with water sports and snack bars.

Golf
The apartment is situated on the 17th hole of this 18 hole championship golf course. All guests receive a 25% discount off standard course fees and 10% discount in the club shop and clubhouse.
There is a driving range, putting green and practice bunkers on site.

Travel
Faro airport is 50 minutes drive away. Boavista is located just off junction 1 of the A22.
A train service is available from Faro to Lagos and details are available from the tourist information at Faro airport.
Car hire is recomended and is also available from the airport.

Distances
The historic town of Lagos is 10 minutes drive away.
Praia da Luz is also a 10 minute drive away with the nearest supermarket 5 minutes drive away.

Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is required within a week of booking. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. Late bookings are required to pay full balance before departure.
Check in 4 pm and check out 12 am.
