Accessibility
There is a lift from the underground car park and the entrance hall to all floors and a ramp at the main door to the building.
Outside
The apartment is located within a private garden that has a swimming pool, and kiddies pool, as well as a tennis court. There is a good sized terrace, accessed from the living room, with a table and chairs that is bathed in sunshine from mid afternoon onwards.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is about 15 - 20 minutes walk to the beach.
Golf
Vilamoura is ideally located to access most of the fine golf courses along the Algarve coast. There are 6 golf courses within a close distance to the apartment - 5 in Vilamoura itself and Vila Sol just outside.
Travel
Faro airport is about a 20 minute drive from Vilamoura.
Distances
The Marina with all it's shops and restuarants is about a 15 -20 minute walk away.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable with the final balance, which is due 8 weeks before arrival.
