For restaurants, shopping and nightlife you don't even have to take a taxi, everything is near, and you go by foot. Nearby you can visit one of the most famous Portuguese coasts, Costa da Caparica (15 mins), where it is possible to watch fisherman pulling the nets in golden sandy beaches, at the end of the sunny afternoons. Note: if you arrive sooner you can deposit you luggage in the apartment until check-in time, the same is applicable to departures and check-out.

Lisbon is surrounded by several beaches, either you go south or west, but you always can find beaches with white sands a few miles away. It is a unique privilege we have in the Portuguese capital. The most important are: Caparica; coast of Cascais 30km of beach coast; Arrábida coast.
