Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday, arrival time should be after 4pm, and we ask that you vacate the property by 10:30 am on your day of leaving. Although these times may be flexible dependant on other bookings.

Outside
The front garden is shady until late afternoon when it enjoys the late afternoon sun.
The south facing back garden enjoys the sun all day and is ideal for relaxing in the garden and dining outside. A BBQ and outside dining table, chairs and umbrella are provided.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beautiful beaches along the Estoril and Sintra coastlines all within easy driving distance. Cascais has lovely sheltered beaches close to the town, restaurants and cafes, which are safe and ideal for children. Guincho and Ericeira are great for surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing etc.
Golf
The golf courses of Oitavus, Quinta do Marinha, Estoril, Penha Longa and Beloura are all within minutes drive.
Travel
Lisbon airport is served from London LHR and LGW by British Airways, TAP, Monarch and Easyjet, BMI Baby serves Birmingham. Dublin is served daily by Aer Lingus and TAP.
Lisbon airport is 25 minutes drive from the villa, only 30 km away.
Distances
Cascais is a 12 minute drive away. Sintra is a 12 minute drive away. Beloura Shopping is 5 minutes away and Cascais shopping is 6 minutes away.
At least one day out to Lisbon is essential! Lisbon is 20 minutes away by car alternatively take the relaxing scenic oceanside train ride from Cascais.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is payable not later then 35 days prior to your stay. A damage deposit of 350 euros is also required with the remaining balance. This damage deposit is returned to you 10 working days after your stay if there have been no damages. The deposit is non-refundable, unless a request is made in writing 56 days prior to your stay. Terms and conditions are provided on request.
