Casa Alta Vista comprises 3 storeys with 5 bedrooms, 3 with ensuite bathrooms, a large, airy lounge/dining room with stunning views to the sea and a spacious kitchen to the front. The villa is sited centrally on a large plot surrounded by gardens with a terraced pool and the comfort of both shaded and unshaded areas throughout the day. The garden is fully fenced and the property is accessed through a security gate. The villa is located within the infamous ‘Golden Triangle’, south of Loulé and a short drive from favoured resorts of Vale Do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago, Vilamoura. It is situated in Sitio do Quartos which, with the neighbouring Vale D’Eguas, retain a traditional Portuguese atmosphere. A 20 minute drive from Faro airport, the property is convenient for the Algarve’s finest golf courses, beaches, waterparks. Loulé offers superb examples of traditional houses, craftsmen at work making harnesses, copper pots and baskets and restaurants serving reasonably priced local cuisine.

Refundable damage deposit = £250.
Weekly extra for pool heating = £200.
Weekly extra for central heating = £100.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Thursday. Guests are asked to vacate by 10 am. Guests can arrive at the villa at 4pm.

Notes on accommodation
The house is highly suitable for children as it is fully fenced, has a padlocked front gate, separate gardens to the front and the back and a large lawn area for ball games.
Tennis rackets are provided. Pool heating is charged at £200 sterling per week. All rooms have electric fans, mostly ceiling mounted. Wireless internet facility. Central heating is charged at £100 sterling per week.
Smokers are asked not to smoke in the rooms.
Outside
There is a large pool terrace area with sun loungers, a barbeques and dining furniture. Part of the terrace area offers shade throughout the day. The pool is 10x5m; 1m at shallow end, 3 metres at deep end There is a furnished terrace running the length of 2 sides of the house looking out onto the panoramic view.
Coast/Beach
Driving time to the beaches of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago is approx. 15 minutes. To the east, Tavira is only 45 minutes away, and to the west Albufeira, 20 minutes. Al of the beaches close to the villa are Blue Flag accredited and are amongst the cleanest in Europe.
Golf
The internationally renowned resorts of Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago with their famous golf courses and other sports facilities are 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
The villa is 20 minutes from the international airport of Faro.
Car hire is recommended and can be arranged for guests.
Distances
The villa is 10 minutes walk from Vale D'Eguas a small village with two good restaurants. The area North of Almancil and around Vale Formosa (5 minutes drive) house some of the most reputable restaurants of Central Algarve. Loulé (10 minutes drive) offers superb examples of traditional houses, craftsmen at work making harnesses, copper pots and baskets, restaurants serving reasonably priced local cuisine and an excellent Municipal Market selling fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
Further details
Almancil (10 minutes drive) has several good restaurants, cafes and bars. It has a bank, post office, large supermarkets and several pharmacies. There is also an English speaking medical centre 10 minutes walk from the house.

Payments are only refundable, if your period can be re booked.
