Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds up to 8 persons sharing. The above prices include gas, electricity, water, towels and bed linen. Discounts are available for lets exceeding two weeks and lets booked within 2 weeks of arrival. A discount of 25% is given to bookings longer than 3 weeks. Long term lets are by negotiation.

Accessibility
The apartment is on a single floor and accessed at street level, although the balcony is at third floor level. There is lift access to the underground garage. The apartment is suitable for both children and the disabled.
Outside
The sunny balcony is equipped with 2 dining tables and 6 chairs enabling true alfresco dining. The complex has beautifully manicured grounds with access to shared outdoor pool complete with sun loungers, shade umbrellas and a separate children’s pool. Many safe and pleasant walks within the 1150 acre complex.
Coast/Beach
Excellent beaches on the west coast and at Cascais and Estoril all within 30 minutes easy driving.
Golf
On-site 18 hole Championship golf course equipped with buggies, driving range, practice putting and chipping greens. On-site English Professional with well equipped pro shop. Excellent clubhouse with formal dining and bar meal service available until late evening. All guests receive a substantial discount on standard visitor golf fees.

The following golf courses are within a 30 min drive Oitavos, Quinta da Marinha, Quinta da Beloura, Estoril (27 holes), Penha Longa (27 holes). The Lisbon Sports Club is opposite the main entrance to Belas. Within an hour’s drive is the famous Praia D’El Rey championship golf course.
Travel
Lisbon airport 20/30 mins by car/taxi. Car hire is not essential but recommended to get the best from this wonderful region of Portugal.
Daily bus service direct from the complex to and from the Metro (direct into Lisbon) and a local shopping complex.
Distances
Lisbon city centre, 30 mins by car. Cascias, Estoril, Belem, 20 minutes by car. Mafra, 40 min by car. Fatima, less than 1 hour by car. Many beautiful beaches within 30 minutes drive.
Further details
The complex has a Health club with heated indoor swimming pool and gym, a mini market, cafe/restaurant with ATM and excellent clubhouse with restaurant, bar and spike bar.
Temporary membership of the Health club is available for a nominal fee. Local minibus taxis can be arranged if required.
Buses run 4 times per day from the complex to the Metro station (direct to Lisbon) and the local shopping complex.
Booking notes
Prices are in UK Pounds. A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking, final balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £100 (150 Euro) to cover loss and damage will be added to the final amount and returned within 2 weeks of departure.
Low cost flights are available from Liverpool, Birmingham and Luton, Heathrow and Gatwick. Payment is acceptable by cheque drawn on a UK bank, PayPal or the equivalent in Euro's paid directly into a Portuguese account.
