Telephone for long stay deals. 30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 450 Euros is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by personal cheque or direct bank transfer.

Bedroom 2 and 3 upstairs with twin beds.
Master bedroom 4 with double bed, en-suite and is adjacent to large veranda at back.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning units.
Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 en-suite shower, basin, mirrored unit, toilet.
Family bathroom upstairs with bath, shower, bidet, basin.
Downstairs shower room with shower and basin.
Master bedroom en-suite shower, bath, basin with large mirrored unit.
Kitchen: Light spacious kitchen with breakfast table which seats 8. Fully equipped, fridge freezer, electric oven and hot plate, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, glasses, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, bakeware, blender, juicer all provided.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes dryer for outdoors.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge/formal dining area. Leather suites including a recliner, plus 8 leather seats at dining table. Beautiful modern surround. Satellite TV (English channels) plus basic Sky freeview package, DVD, CD player.
Other: Shower by the pool, night-time exterior lighting, security alarm and large fitted safe. Ample car parking.

Housekeeping will be provided as required by client. Linen changed once per week and towels Monday to Friday.

 

Notes on accommodation
Fully air-conditioned, excellent for its location, space and amenities nearby. Beach, golf, restaurants very close by!

Outside
Private swimming pool with large paved areas and landscaped garden. Large granite table and seating and stone barbeque for outside dining!

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach (Garrao) is approx 5 minutes by car (1.5km away) on a staight road adjacent to the villa. Walk to the beach will take 20-25 minutes. Very close by is Val Do Lobo, again 5 minutes drive by car. It is a very beautiful beach stetching for miles with fabulous white soft sand. Plenty of areas for sunbathing under shade (you must pay for sunbed /sunshade however). The water is crystal clear.

Golf
There are many excellent golf courses nearby. The prestigious Quinta Do Lago, North and South and 'Royal Course' and 'Ocean' Vale Do Lobo courses are just 5 minutes drive. There are several good courses in Vilamoura just 8km away from the villa such as the Millennuim, Laguna and Pinhal, Pinerios Altos, The Old Course and Pine Cliffs which is an excellent 9 hole course.

Travel
Faro airport is approx 14km away; drive time 15-20 minutes. Car hire is strongly recommended although taxis are available.
The old town of Almancil is 2km away, Loule 9km, Portimao 40km. Lisbon 2.5 hours drive on quiet staight motorway.

Distances
Val Do Lobo Tennis Centre 1.5km away.
Quinta do Lago and Val do Lobo Golf 1.3 km 5 min drive.
Quinta shopping centre 1km. Almancil 2.5km. Faros 'Forum Algarve' shopping mall 14km.
Loule old town 9km and Vilamoura and its beaches and marina 8km.

Further details
There are many lovely local restaurants, prices to suit all! The Praca area is great in Val Do Lobo, the atmosphere is fabulous during the summer months and is just a few minutes drive. Quinta shopping is located 1 km away. The Forum at Faro 14 km or 15 mins drive. Local supermarkets are at Quinta, Vale Do Lobo and Almancil. Banks available here too along with doctor, dentist, pharmacist.
Pine Trees riding centre is a 3 minutes walk from the villa and caters for beginners to advanced horse riding levels. Water sports are available at the Vale do Lobo and Quinta beaches. Of course there are a number of bicycle rentals for wild exploration!

Booking notes
30% deposit required to secure the booking. Balance is then due to be paid in full 6 weeks before your arrival date. A refundable security/damage deposit of £250 is required upon booking.
Cancallations will only be refunded if villa is re-rented. Payment methods are personal cheque or direct bank transfer. Discounts for long lets available. Refer to owner.
