Casita Gracinda (Sleeps 6. 3 Bedrooms)

Rustic holiday ‘family’ accommodation in this converted Granite Threshing Barn. Stunning views over the River Mouro that can be heard gently passing through the pine forest below. A large covered area with soft seating provides plenty of shade from the sun. Grape vines and clematis clamber over the paved entrance terrace, and to the side of the barn there is a BBQ. Ground Floor: Provides Twin beds in one bedroom and Single bed in another. Integral lounge / kitchenette with full cooker, cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery etc. Bathroom with bath. Downstairs: ' The Children’s den ' provides another single bed with double bed on a mezzanine floor (very low headroom). Bathroom with shower. ( Mum & Dad have been known to 'grab' the double bed... .but it is very low headroom !) We can place a cot in the 'Childrens Den' , as it is very cool in this room. Plenty of space within the 3 hectares of grounds. Swimpool: 12m x 6m partially enclosed area of 90cm depth for beginners.

Rancho Holiday Lodge (Sleeps 4. 2 Bedrooms)

Comfortable holiday accommodation in this Scandinavian Lodge. Stunning views over the River Mouro that can be heard gently passing through the pine forest below. A large covered balcony provides plenty of shade from the sun. Exterior table and chairs. Wisteria clambers over the adjacent granite paved terrace and offers lots of shade. To the front of the cabin there are 2 large granite picnic tables with 2 BBQ under the aged oak tree. The Lodge provides 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single with optional bunk). Integral lounge/kitchenette. Bathroom with shower. Pantry. Kitchenette has full cooker , cooking utensils , glassware, cutlery etc. Swimming Pool 12metres by 6 metres with partially enclosed area of 90cm depth for beginners

Acor Holiday Lodge (Sleeps 4 or 5. 2 Bedrooms)

Comfortable holiday accommodation in this Scandinavian Lodge. Stunning views over the River Mouro that can be heard gently passing through the pine forest below. A covered balcony provides plenty of shade from the sun. Exterior table and chairs. A terrace/patio is set at the side, the large oak tree offers plenty of shade. To the front of the cabin there are 2 large granite picnic tables with 2 BBQ under the aged oak tree. The Lodge provides 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single with optional bunk). If required a sofa settee is available for a 'small child' (£50 Extra Charge). Integral lounge/kitchenette. Bathroom with shower. Pantry. Kitchenette has full cooker, cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery etc. Swimming Pool 12x6m with partially enclosed area of 90cm depth for beginners.

Courtyard Suite (Sleeps 2 or 3. 1 Bedroom)

In the cool of our grape vine covered courtyard this double bedroom accommodation is offered. Double bedroom. Large kitchen diner. Lounge. Full shower room. If required a sofa settee is available for a 'small child' (£50 Extra Charge). Outside there is a large granite picnic table and direct access to the lane that leads to the beautiful River Mouro.

Notes on accommodation
Very Suitable for Children as we are very 'family oriented' during the school holidays. No nudity accepted. No pets.

Coast/Beach
Portuguese beaches are at Caminha and Moledo approx 40 mins drive. Spanish beaches are at Praia de America approx 40 mins drive. The Portuguese Peneda Geres National park is on our doorstep at just 20 mins drive. Crystal clear streams run in the valleys, stunning scenery, its unlikely that during your climb to the summit you will encounter more than a dozen vehicles as the area is still largely undiscovered. At the summit of Castro Loboreiro there are 3 restaurants and picnic areas.

Travel
We are equidistant to Porto (Oporto) airport in Portugal, or Santiago de Compostella in Galicia (Spain) at 80 mins drive. The drive from Porto airport is via the A3 motorway , it is a very straightforward and well signed road. Flights are available from Dublin , Stansted , Liverpool , Birmingham , Bristol , Heathrow, to Porto (Portugal) and Stansted , Liverpool , Heathrow , to Santiago do Compostella (Spain). We will send you our suggested road routes with your booking receipt.
