Situated on 2nd hole of the "Vale de Milho" golf course, on a small, private complex, with 2 shared pools, this villa comfortably sleeps 4. Fully equipped, this property provides everything for a most enjoyable holiday. It is fully air-conditioned for the summer and has heating and a log burning fire for the winter months. For the keen golfer there is the 9 hole, par 3 "Vale de Milho" golf course, with several excellent, 18 hole courses within a 10 min drive. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has a dining area, sofas and satellite TV/DVD. There is a large balcony for eating out or just soaking up the sun. Downstairs has 2 full bedrooms, double with en-suite, twin with its own bathroom. These open onto a terrace,with lawns and back onto the golf course. It is an ideal sunbathing spot with sunbeds and a BBQ. Maid service is provided weekly. The pretty village of Carvoeiro is nearby.

Sun beds and BBQ on terrace outside bedrooms. 2 shared pools, including children's pool just 30 seconds from villa.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach "Centianes" is just a leisurely 15 minute walk away, with another "Smugglers" a little further on. Carvoeiro's beach is just a 5 minute drive.
Golf
On the Vale de Milho golf course designed by Ryder Cup player Dave Thomas. 18 hole Pestana and Gramacho courses are a 10 minute drive away.
Travel
The villa is just a 45 minute drive from Faro Airport along the A22.
Distances
Carvoeiro with its many bars, restaurants and shops is just a 5 minute drive away. It is an ideal location, being fairly central to the Algarve coastline. This makes accessing the rest of the Algarve easy with nowhere much more than an hours drive.
Booking notes
Deposit required is £100 per. week (non refundable). Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to start date. 5th person extra £10 per night, sleeping on the "z"bed. Special offers for bookings of 4 or more concecutive weeks.

About the owner
Hi, my name is Andy and, along with my wife, Marilyn, we own what we think, is a very nice villa in an exceptionally pleasant location. As well as using it as our family holiday home, we like to share it's benefits with others and let it throughout the year. This year, 2011, we have completely redecorated the interior, providing new sofas, curtains, bed linen and towels giving it a really nice fresh feel. We like to provide as many comforts as possible for a relaxing and pleasant holiday experience. We have a visitors book and encourage comments from our guests, most of which have been very favourable.
