Prices are in pounds sterling for the property per week (7 Nights), for other durations please contact us with your requirements and we shall be happy to advise you of the price.
Booking Conditions - 20% non refundable deposit payable by cheque on reservation, remainder of balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival plus a breakage deposit of £200, breakage deposit will be returned by cheque.
Prices quoted are for up to 4 adults sharing, the property can accommodate a further two adults.
Changeover day
Standard arrival time is after 5pm and check-out time is before 11am. This can be flexible dependant upon availability.

| Other: | A large balcony, accessed from the lounge which overlooks the landscaped gardens, swimming pools and golf course. The balcony has stylish patio furniture for 6 to allow you to eat and relax in privacy, yet with ample space for children to play. |

Outside
Large and spacious landscaped gardens that create a relaxing environment. The pool area is paved and has changing facilities, showers and toilets. There are two pools, one for children and the other, a semi-olympic size, adults pool. Sunbeds and parasols are provided. The apartment overlooks this beautiful and peaceful area.
Coast/Beach
Vilamoura has two main beaches – Marina beach and Falesia, both of these beaches have lovely golden sands and are only a few minutes away from the apartment. Falesia has slightly more facilities including snack bars, sun beds and umbrellas, the beautiful Marina beach is slightly quieter, which ever beach you choose you will not be disappointed.
Golf
There are many golf courses in and around Vilamoura. The courses differ in their terrain and design, which will offer you the challenge of playing on different types of course from steep hillsides to coastal flat courses and even links holes, regardless of your handicap you will be able to find a course that suits your game.
Vilamoura has 5 championship courses; Millennium, The Old Course, Victoria, Laguna and Pinhal all of which are easy to reach without having to leave Vilamoura, in fact the whole resort seems to have been wrapped around these magnificent courses.
The apartment is ideally located to enjoy Vilamouras golf courses; in fact it is within walking distance of three of them (Millenium, Laguna and Victoria). Once you have played the local courses you can utilise the excellent road network to play some of the other courses in the Algarve, that’s if your not ready to relax by the pool!
Special interest holidays
The apartment is ideally located to allow you to enjoy many activities such as horse riding, sailing, deep water fishing, clay pigeon shooting, water sports. Vilamoura is renowned for these activities and also has an international tennis centre, where you can simply play for enjoyment or receive coaching to improve your game.
Travel
Faro airport is 25 minutes by road.
