The cottage is equipped as the owner’s holiday home with all amenities at your disposal including modern kitchen, a utility room with washing machine. Living room and dinning room both lead onto pool terrace and BBQ area. The 1 bed apartment is located on the same grounds with sun terrace. A lounge furnished with sofabed and fully fitted kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and a shower room. This is the perfect location for an enjoyable family holiday.

40% deposit non-refundable is required on booking, balance payable in cash in euros on day of arrival along with 100 euro security deposit, which is returned the day you check out, provided no loss or damage to property or contents during your stay. 80€ final cleaning. Property to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Electricity, extra from 1 Nov- 31 Mar (charges by meter reading).

Utility Room: The utility room is equipped with washing machine and large freezer.
Living Rooms: The cottage comprises of lounge with open fireplace, Sat TV, DVD and CD player. There is charming dining room, galleried, with open fireplace, equipped with a large dining table and 6 chairs, leading to south facing terrace and built in BBQ area.
Other: The 1 bed apartment is bright and airy with double bedroom and bathroom. Lounge area is furnished with a sofa bed, CD player and fully equipped kitchenette with facilities including fridge and a top-stove.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and all linen are provided and changed once a week.

Outside
The pool terrace with outstanding views is large, equipped with 6 sun loungers, dining table and 6 chairs. It is partly shaded for outside eating and relaxing. The swimming pool is 5m x 10m and will suite all types of swimmers.

Coast/Beach
Algarves most spectacular beaches of Vale de Centianes, Benagil, Albandiera and Marinha, in Carvoeiro, are 10mins drive away. Ferragudo sandy beaches and Praia da Rocha are also in this area.

Special interest holidays
There is still enough of the ancient Silves castle to offer some interesting exploration. Silves also offers a fabulous new golf course. Nearby two water parks and a Zoomarine theme park where you can swim with the Dolphins. The Monchique mountains are just a short drive away and beautiful old cities of Tavira, Tomar, Lisbon, Fatima and Batalha are easily accessible by car. Spanish Seville is only two hours drive.

Travel
Faro airport is about 55 kms and easy 40 minutes drive. Car is not necessary as all amenities are close by. However if you are able to drag yourself away from the tranquilty of the cottage it is recommended to explore the Algarve coastline.

Distances
The property is located just 5 minutes stroll from historic town of Silves and Fabrica do Ingles where the famous Silves beer festival is held annually. It also hosts a number of quality restaurants, coffee shops, bars and theatre & music spectacles where all the locals come to enjoy the festivals.
