The ground floor contains a fully fitted kitchen containing dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockery, glasses, iron and ironing board and clothes horse. Separate living/dining room with TV and patio door leading to the pool. Leather suite with fold out bed (would sleep two children or one adult comfortably). Dining room table and six chairs. Walk in storage room. WC and shower. First floor contains two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double and bedroom two is a twin. Both bedrooms have double balcony doors with secure railings. They also have built in slide wardrobes, bedside lockers with lamps and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is tiled throughout and has a WC, bidet and bath/shower. The apartment has tiled, heated floors throughout. All windows have electronic security shutters.

The bathroom is tiled throughout and has a WC, bidet and bath/shower. The apartment has tiled, heated floors throughout. All windows have electronic security shutters.

 

Notes on accommodation
Linen and towels are provided for both apartments. For cleaning and linen changes during stay please rquest at the time of booking so that this can be arranged. The apartments are fully air conditioned with under floor heating throughout. Gas fired hot water system. The pool area is adjacent to the apartments. Parents with young children should be made aware of this feature.

Accessibility
Townhouse no. G has a fold out bed and a downstairs bathroom which would be suitable for any person that would have difficulties with the stairs.

Outside
There is a swimming pool in front of the two properties. This pool is shared amongst 9 townhouses. There is a patio area outside each apartment. Garden furniture is outside each apartment containing a table and four chairs with a parasol.

Coast/Beach
The closest beach is Salema (2km). There are many beautiful, long sandy beaches at your doorstep. Boca do Rio (3 km), Burgau (4km), Luz (8km). Atlantic surfing beaches on the south west coast from Amado to Odeceixe is only 20 - 30 minutes away.

Golf
Budens is on the doorstep of Parque da Floresta Golf course and leisure resort where you can avail of golf, tennis, archery, bowls, health spa, snack bar and restaurant. Other golf courses locally are Boavista (7km) and Palmares (12km). The Algarve is home to many of the finest golf courses in Europe all of which are within close reach of Budens.

Travel
To get to Budens you need to fly into Faro airport. Budens is 85 km from Faro. Motorway (A22) from Faro to Lagos. Journey time 1 - 1.5 hours approx. Cheap flights from the UK direct to Faro by Easyjet, Flymonarch, Ryanair. Direct flights from Ireland ex Dublin, Shannon, Galway to Faro. Good deals available from Ryanair and Aer Lingus. Taxi from airport costs €80. Car hire is recommended and is available from HolidayAutos. Alternatively there is a regular bus and train service.

Distances
Salema is the nearest beach at 2 km away. Lagos (10 km) is the nearest town and with a lively atmosphere and lovely restaurants it is an attractive place to visit. It is also a very historical town and boasts new marina. Dolphin trips are available. Faro airport 85 km. Zoo 12 km. Sagres / Cap de St. Vincente (visit the end of Europe and the beautiful cliffs and protected coastline) 16km.

Further details
Budens has beautiful restaurants offering local and international cusine. The nearby fishing village of Salema offers beautiful seafood restaurants overlooking the sea.
