Adjacent full bathroom as above for bedroom 2.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, good crockery and glassware for 6-8 people - attractive kitchen open plan.
Living Rooms: Living room has sofa and armchairs and satellite television. DVD. Separate eating area for 6. This area opens onto the terrace and pool area which is ideal for either sun bathing in complete privacy or for outdoor dining under the partly covered terraces.
Other: As the second apartment is identical and adjacent, it is possible to rent the entire property for groups of up to 8 people as with the common entrance and the separate front doors, the property can be rearranged to form a 4 bedroomed house.

Notes on accommodation
The property has air conditoning in the bedrooms only and heaters for the winter months. It is suitable for all age groups whether for a family beach holiday, a golfing break in autumn or spring, or a place to escape to for the winter.
Within 2 minutes walk are the wide variety of restaurants and night life of Vale do Lobo as well as the stunning 15km stretch of beach. For golfers the Vale do Lobo golf courses (36 holes) are 2 minutes by car or a 5 minute walk. Within a 5 minute drive there there are dozens of other excellent restaurants including two with Michelin stars. Horse riding, tennis, cycles for hire, water parks, many attractions for both adults and children.

Accessibility
Lower apartment is suitable for clients with slight disabilities as is on one level and has no stairs.

Outside
There is plenty of outdoor furniture as well as attractive barbecue area and outdoor eating facilities. Both apartments have pretty gardens and own pool (not shared) at ground level.

Coast/Beach
2 minutes walk to Vale do Lobo beach, very safe for children as life guards are available. Plenty of water sports and beach activities in the summer.

Golf
Vale do Lobo - Royal and Ocean course - both famous and well known courses of outstanding scenic beauty - 5 minutes walk. Pinheiros Altos 5 minutes by car has 27 holes and offers challenging golf for all, Quinta do Lago´s courses are world famous and the South Course has been host to the Portuguese Open for many years in the past, nearby San Lorenzo is voted one of the finest courses in Europe.

Special interest holidays
Horse riding, tennis, walking, deep sea fishing, yoga and spa facilities all available within 5 - 15 minutes drive. 24 hour reception and key collection facilities - on site managing agent to assist clients.

Travel
Faro international airport (20 minutes by car). While it is possible to visit Vale do Lobo and particularly this apartment without car hire - we strongly recommend that you take a car to see something of "the real Portugal".

Almancil 5 km, Loule 10km, Faro 13 km, Vilamoura 10 km (distances approximate). Much local colour and items of historical and cultural interest in Loule and Faro.

Within the area of Almancil are more than 200 restaurants,
ranging from traditional "cheap and cheerful" Portuguese to one star Michelin rated establishments where one can enjoy the delights of fine cuisine at a fraction of the price of UK or northern Europe.
There are also several water slide parks, excellent supermarkets and numerous banks and touristic facilities. Whether you want to lie on the beach, play golf or tennis, or go horse riding - or maybe do nothing much at all, this area offers the ideal relaxing in a superb climate.

About the owner
I first came to the Algarve in the 1980s and was lucky enough to stay very close to Vale do Lobo. Having instantly decided that this was "the" place after enjoying perfect weather in October, I returned a few years later to live full time. I have always loved Vale do Lobo for its community atmosphere, stunning stretch of beach and the feeling that it´s a small town within itself, even during winter. I hope you will enjoy Vale do Lobo as much as I do.
