This is a traditional Algarvian country house, built in 1910 and restored in a pleasant mixture of rural/rustic and modern style. Kept with love and care by the local owner's. It is located near a small village and just 10 mins walk from the nearest mini market and cafe. Spacious terrace with a private pool and a covered area where you can find a nice barbecue area and a shower room. The walls surrounding all the terrace area make this house very private. Automatic gate at the main entrance. Carport for 2 cars. The airport is 20 km away. Nearest supermarket, 1 km. Nearest restaurant, 2 km. Nearest beach, 20 km. There is maid service three times a week.

About the owner
The property belongs to my parents but I am the one answering all the e-mails and other type of contacts. I also welcome all the guests on their arrival. I am 39 year's old and have always worked with tourism. My mother will welcome you with a delicious home made cake and my father is responsible for most of the renovation work that was done to the property.
Year purchased: 1950's
Why the owner chose a home in this location
The property belongs to my grand mother's family since 1910. My parents had it renovated in 2004/05 after my grand parents went to live with us. My grandmother died last year at the age of 91 but my grandfather is still alive and he is 89 year's old.
I lived here till I was 9 years old and I have beautiful memories of all the place and surroundings.
Unique benefits of the property
My mother wanted the property to be a home, not a holiday villa. We want people to fill in a family home with everything they will need. My mother welcomes all the guests with a delicious home made cake and when possible with some vegetables and fruit from the orchard and also my fahter home made wine. The villa is completely private and can not be overlooked.
