Changeover day

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms have twin beds and the third has 3 single beds. Each room is equipped with a Samsung LCD TV and DVD player in each. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, are air-conditioned and have electric shutters.
Bathrooms: There are 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a power shower and one with a jacuzzi bath & shower.
Kitchen: The kitchen contains a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all mod cons including a 2 person breakfast bar, crockery and glassware etc.
Living Rooms: An extendable designer dining room table to seat 8, L-shaped cream leather sofa, 42" Samsung LCD TV, DVD and coffee table.
Other: There is a private secure garage for the exclusive use of our guests which can be made available by special arrangement.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment in on the top (6th floor) and contains 3 balconies. There is a safety deposit box installed in the apartment and the main door is a high security construction.
The accommodation is not suitable for small children under (approx) 10 years of age.

The balcony areas are furnished with potted planters and atmospheric lighting for evening dining.

Lagos Marina is approx 10 mins stroll from the apartment.

Golf
The golf courses in this area around Lagos need no introduction.

Travel
Faro airport is the closest to Lagos and is a 45 min drive along the motorway. There is also a train to Lagos.

Further details
The apartment is ideal for golfing parties as your hire-car and clubs can be secured safely in the private garage whilst your party stroll into Lagos for the evening or if you prefer, stay in and entertain yourselves using the various outdoor areas.

Booking notes
For guests convenience and for short notice bookings the full amound may be paid to our management agent on site - contact the owner for details. Generally a €200 (£150) non-returnable deposit secures the booking and all outstanding payments must be made 8 weeks before the letting date. Guests may be asked for a larger deposit on longer letting periods, especially in the high season.
