This is a new luxury, fully equipped villa, with its own private pool, which has a solar safe pool cover, pool 8m x 4m approx with shower, on a good sized terrace. There are sea views and countryside views. There is also a large traditional Portuguese barbecue and eating area. The villa is situated in a fantastic location, ideal for those who do not wish to hire a car, as it is only a 7-8 minutes walk to the town centre and beaches. Restaurants and a shopping complex is just a 5 mins walk away. The villa sleeps up to 8 people and has air conditioning (extra cost). There is now pool heating available from January 2008.

| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has en-suite and a double bed. The room has patio doors which lead out onto the balcony which is situated at the front of the villa, where there are lovely sea views. There are 2 further twin bedded rooms to the back of the villa. |
| Bathrooms: | Master bedroom has en-suite, shower, toilet and bidet. Large family situated upstairs, with bath, toilet, sink and bidet which serves bedrooms 2 and 3. Third bathroom is situated downstairs this has shower cubicle, bidet and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and washing machine. The kitchen also has a door and steps leading out onto a decking area with countryside views. |
| Living Rooms: | A large and bright lounge, which leads directly out onto the terrace and pool. Furnished with 3 sofas of which one converts into double bed. TV, DVD player, CD player and digital radio. There is also a wood burner for cooler evenings. |
| Other: | Dining room: large pine dining table and chairs which seats up to 8 people. The room leads through to the lounge and patio doors looking out onto the garden and decking area. |

Maid service is twice a week. All linen provided except beach/pool towels. |

Accessibility
Unsuitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties.
Outside
The private pool (8m x 4m and heating available from January 2008). A shower and terraces are to the front and side of the villa. It has a traditional Portuguese barbecue and eating area. The villa is enclosed making it safe for young children.
To the rear of the property there is a good sized decking area with countryside views.
Coast/Beach
There are 12 secluded beaches within a 10 minute drive, 2 of which you can walk to within 10 minutes from the villa.
Golf
The local Vale De Milo 9-hole course is just perfect for high handicap golfers, as they do not require a handicap certificate and is situated 5 minute drive away. For the more seasoned professionals there are two 18 hole golf courses within a 10 minute drive. These are the Vale De Pinta course and the Gramacho. There are some 24 golf courses within a 30 minute drive from Carvoeiro, all offering different and stunning locations to suit all standards of golfers.
Travel
Most budget airlines now fly to Faro airport which allows you to book cheap flights early in the season.
Car hire can be arranged for you with pick-ups and drop-offs from Faro airport, at what we feel is the best price in the Algarve.

Distances
The main supermarket is Inter Mache, it is a 2-3 minute drive from the villa. You will pass it on the right when entering Carvoeiro, there are also several mini markets spread about the village and a market.
It is only a few minutes walk into the town centre, beach, shops, grocers and restaurants.
Further details
There are many banks and cashpoints situated in Carvoeiro which are for your use and there is a post office with internet access.
There is a tennis club 5 minutes drive from the villa.
