The house is tastefully decorated to make it as comfortable as possible for your stay finished to a very high standard with a fabulous granite kitchen and staircase, electric shutters, stereo system in every room, CD player, DVD, English TV. The villa enjoys privacy and fabulous views of the sea and local area. Jarco is very conveniently located near the Centre of Vila Nova de Cacela within 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, shops, bank etc yet set in a lovely quiet traditional Portuguese environment. The villa is only 15 minutes walk from the beach at Manta Rota. Jarco has a large sun terrace with private swimming pool, shower and barbecue area. You can arrive, park up and be in the pool within an hour of leaving the airport. The property comprises of a lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, master en-suite bedroom, 3 further bedrooms, family bathroom and a shower room.

Changeover day
Changeover day flexible dependant on season. Arrivals after 4pm and departures before 10am .

There is a weekly maintenance visit including a linen change. The pool and gardens are maintained regularly. Guests will be met at the villa and will have a contact number in case any assistance is required. |

Outside
Outside the property is a pool area. Shower, pool, outside furniture, barbecue area. The views from the balcony are excellent with the sea to one side and the distant hills to the other.
Coast/Beach
Closest beach is in Manta Rota 1.5km away - a few minutes drive, and a 15 minute walk. It is a blue flag beach with restaurants, car parking and lots of beautiful clean soft sand. From the coast at nearby town Vila Real de San Antonio you can get a ferry to Ayamonte, Spain for 1.30 euro! You can also drive straight over to Spain very easily and be there within 20 minutes of leaving the villa
Golf
There are 4 excellent 18 hole golf courses nearby. The Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima golf courses are the nearest by with Benamor golf a good second best. Moreover, the Monte Rei Golf and Country Club is about 3km away. Its first, a Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole Golf Course is due to open in Spring 2007. The Monte Rei Golf and Country Club is without doubt the most exclusive and cosmopolitan development of its kind in the Eastern Algarve. Surrounded by over 400 hectares of the most beautiful Algarvian countryside, when complete it will feature 2 spectacular and challenging world-class 18-hole golf courses as well as a Clubhouse with restaurant for fine dining, an extensive spa complex, shopping area, tennis complex and an equestrian centre for those individuals who would like to explore the idyllic countryside of the Eastern Algarve on a horseback.
Travel
Nearest airport Faro 45km. Car hire is not essential however it is recommended.

Further details
The old towns of Cacela Velha and Castro Marim are near by and well worth a visit. Cacela Velha is a tiny, picturesque village with a fort and a church sitting on a cliff overlooking the lagoon and the sea. You can take nice walks through the countryside and along the lagoon shore of the Ria Formosa (at low tide) between Cacela Velha and nearby Fábrica. If you like gambling, there is a casino in Monte Gordo. Also worth a visit is the beautiful town of Tavira. It is very easy to lose track of time in this lovely old town. You can spend hours strolling the charming cobblestone streets with its many restaurants, shops, bars and terraces to enjoy refreshment in the sun.
Booking notes
50% within 2 weeks of request, remaining 50% eight weeks before arrival. Booking less than four weeks before arrival, 100% payable at time of booking. Property will be inspected prior to arrival and departure and all breakages must be refunded in full. A security deposit will be required on all rentals.
All prices exclude an additional charge for the use of air conditioning. Rental prices are based on up to four people sharing.
