Built in 2002 this relatively new villa has been beautifully decorated and furnished. Each double bedroom has its own colour scheme with co-ordinating soft furnishings and all the bathrooms are a pleasure to enjoy. The villa architecture is very attractive with an impressive entrance hall. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with an enormous fridge-freezers and a built in cooker. The sitting room is beautifully furnished with a soft leather sofas - a lovely dining suite and a wood burning stove. 'Villa Grande' is positioned on more than 80,000 sq.ft of beautiful landscaped gardens - short walk to the village of Porches and Armacao de Pera's good restaurants bars and a long sandy beach. It is also a short drive from the lively resort of Praia do Carvoeiro.

Rates quoted are in UK pounds sterling for parties of up to 12 persons, each additional person please add 10% per person.
25% deposit will secure the reservation.
Balance payable 90 days prior to date of arrival.
Villa damage security deposit of £600.
Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday, however, alternative arrangements can be made outside the peak summer months, so please make the request and we will do all we can to accommodate.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is included - Pool Heating £195 per week. Three double bedrooms are located on the first floor providing a private facility for perhaps a family unit that is part of the booking. As a consequence of two/three double bedrooms and all the main facilities being located on the ground floor - Villa Grande is particularly child friendly and wheelchair friendly. "Villa Grande Do Sol" benefits air-conditioning for the summer and full gas central heating for the winter months. As a consequence, the comfort of our guests is guaranteed all year round. Each bedroom has it's own Free View television.
Accessibility
Three Bedrooms with En-Suite facilities are located on the ground floor. The property is therefore very accessible.
Outside
"Villa Grande Do Sol" is modern - detached and in an area which is popular among permanent residents. It is conveniently close to the coastal areas of Armação de Pêra and Carvoeiro which are at a distance of approximately 2 and 4 kms - Villa Grande has a Built Area of over 7,000 square feet on a Land Plot of more than 80,000 square feet - thats big! We also have two mobile Webber barbecues with all the neccessary barbecue equipment. The advantage of the Webber barbecues are that you can have a barbecue anywhere you wish. Outside dining facilities are located on the Villa Terrace and comfortable sits 12 persons, with additional seating for another 4 persons. We also have a large and very attractive marquee that provides the necessary shade from the sun when dining during the day and a very special location for dining at night. The marquee is illuminated at night providing a very special location for those very late and warm Algarve evenings.
Coast/Beach
Miles of gorgeous, golden, sandy beaches, calm clear waters and bays interspersed with rugged cliffs and enchanting grottoes. The Algarve is amongst the top European holiday destinations. The Villa is located just outside the picturesque Village of Porches where many Restaurants and Bars are located for those long summer evenings with friends. Golf
Portugal, and in particular, the Algarve, is renowned for its magnificent Golf Courses which is why it is considered a golfer's paradise. There are many courses within easy reach of Vila Marianna such as The Pinta and The Gramacho courses at neighbouring Carvoeiro. There's also the championship course of Penina just a ten minute drive away.
Keen golfers' find that the location of this Villa ideal to combine both a beach and golfing holiday and it also works well for partners and families who do not participate in the sport.
Special interest holidays
Diving, Fishing, Horse Riding, Paragliding, Sailing, Tennis, Water Skiing and Windsurfing are all pursuits that are available in close proximity to the Villa.

"Villa Grande" is just 35 minute drive along the A22 from Faro Airport. Typical Taxi prices are Taxi 1-4 People £51. Taxi 5-8 People £73. Taxi prices are for one way journeys.
Booking notes
Security deposit. 25% Deposit on booking, the balance to be paid 90 days before arrival. A £600 breakage bond is required with the final payment. This will be returned within 21 days of departure providing no damage has occurred.
