Fantastic seafood and superb beaches. World class surfing with Surfing schools at Riberio d'Ilhas(Ribas), 10 minute walk away and sandy Lizandro beach, better for beginners, a 5 min drive away to the south.
Booking notes
£200 deposit on booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Deposit returned on house being left as found in clean and tidy condition with no breakages and keys safely returned.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We have been visiting relatives in Lisbon since 1995 and frequently rented in Ericeira but were often disappointed by the standard of rental property available. We bought a new town house 'off plan' in 2006 and it was completed in 2007. Ericeira has easy access to Lisbon especially since the new toll road is now complete and is only 30 min drive to Sintra. The beaches are fantastic (but the Atlantic can be cold)and the old town still has its traditional fishing village feel. The seafood is amazing (try Cesar's if you need a treat).
