The villa has sea views and is near two great golf courses and is also close to the famous David Lloyd Tennis Centre. The closest award winning beach is a 5 minute drive from the villa and there are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Close to the town of Carvoeiro but away from the hustle and bustle - this beautiful villa is surrounded by a stunning tropical garden, with a large pool and terrace area and a roof terrace. All the bedrooms and living areas are of a good size and the kitchen/utility room is well equipped.

Accessibility
The villa is a bungalow and is suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by tropical trees and plants and the area around the pool is large with sun-loungers and chairs and tables for eating outside. There is a good size barbecue area too.
Coast/Beach
Walking time to the beach is 15 minutes or a 5 minute drive. There are several lovely beaches nearby but the closest one is the best! The restaurant on the beach serves some of the best fish in The Algarve.
Golf
The golf courses of Vale de Pinta and Grammacho are less than five minutes in the car (voted in Europe's top 100). Within 15 minutes drive are Penina, Boavista, Alto and the new championship course at Morgado.
Travel
Faro airport is a 45 min drive. The route from Faro to the villa is straight forward on the A22 (newly opened). Car hire is essential, especially if you wish to see the best of the Algarve.

Carvoeiro 3km/5mins drive, Lagoa 3.5km/10mins drive, Portimao Marina 8km and Silves 10km.

Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine, Krazy World, karting, wine tasting at Sir Cliff Richard's estate, jeep safari, scuba diving in the area.
Booking notes
20% deposit (non-refundable) required to secure the booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. £150 refundable breakage deposit added to the final payment.
Guest comments
Perfect spot with supermarket, good italian restaurant and snackbar all less than a minute's walk away yet villa is private and quiet with a decent pool. A car is essential - the main resort is 5 mins drive or alternatively 30 mins walk with plentiful, cheap taxis to return (it's downhill to the town!). Worth exploring nearby - some lovely beaches.
Villa well equipped and clean - the photos don't do it justice. Maid was pleasant and cheery. Carvoerio town has a morning market tucked away - worth finding for fantastic fish and meat - we barbecued some lovely sardines and sausages!
