The nearest town is Almancil. The house is set in peaceful surroundings. Faro airport is a mere 20 minutes by car.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach of Ancao is a wonderful 10 minute walk (or a 1 minute drive). Shading and sun loungers can be hired at the beach, excellent beach bars and restaurants, all water sports available. From Ancao it is a 15 minute walk to Quinta do Lago beach or to Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas.
Golf
A choice of six championship golf courses are within a five minute drive of this property - Vale Do Lobo Royal and Ocean Course, Quinta Do Lago, North and South, San Lorenço and Pinherios Altos. Another 6 courses in Villa Moura are only a 15 minute drive.
Special interest holidays
Ria Formosa - a nature reserve home to some of Portugal's rare species of birds and wildlife. Nearby sandy beaches, 2 tennis academies, horse riding, water sports - sailing and windsurfing.
Travel
Faro is airport is a 20 minute drive away. Car hire is recommended and can be arranged at good rates. Also airport collection or car rental can be organised on request.
Distances
10 minutes to Almancil, 20 minutes to the market town of Loule or to the city centre of Faro.

Great shopping nearby (5 min drive) at Quinta Shopping area where one can find designer labels and a great choice of bars and restaurants. Serious retail therapy can be found at Faro (20 mins) or Guia shopping (25 mins).
Booking notes
30% non-refundable deposit secures booking. Balance due 4 weeks prior arrival date. Payment via bank transfer. Euro 300/£200 breakage deposit on final balance which will be returned on day of departure after villa inspection. Strictly no pets and no smoking. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and exceeding this will invalidate your booking. Accurate party information is required concerning the number of adults and the ages of children. Incorrect information will result in cancellation.
