Accessibility
Whilst the property is not specifically designed for disabled accommodation there is access to the pool terrace area from all the ground floor rooms including master bedroom.
Outside
The walled terrace and pool area is allows utmost privacy for allowing sunbathing, even parties and socialising. The self cleaning pool has under water lighting and ample size for everyone. It is not heated during high season.
The terrace area to the south and west of the villa is a sun trap until late evening during the summer, it is furnished with alfresco furniture, table, and chairs and 6 sunloungers.
The large BBQ area is ideal for evening parties in a private and peaceful environment.
Coast/Beach
The villas are located just a few minutes drive from the sheltered beaches and bustling promenade of Sao Martinho do Porto and just a short walk from the shops, restaurants and ATM facilities in Alfeizerao.

Course 1 - Praia d'el Rey
Rated as the 13th in Continental Europe by Golf World magazine, Praia d'el Rey is magnificent. This championship course provides a wonderful test. It's a course of contrasts, with the front nine running through parkland before opening up along the cliff top to give some truly breathtaking sea views.
