The apartments are within 100 mts of the beautiful Carvoeiro beach, and within a few minutes walking distance of restaurants, shops and bars. There is no need for a car as everything is on your doorstep, including a doctors, dentist and chemist. There is a good bus a taxi service, several golf courses nearby as well as a tennis club, gym and horse riding.

Prices are per apartment per week.
The 2 Bed is based on 4 person occupancy.
The 1 Bed is based on 2 person occupancy.
Both apartments are equipped to sleep 2 extra persons, which would cost an additional £80 per week, for each extra person.
Changeover day
Changeover day and arrival times are flexible.Though where changeover is same-day there will need to be allowance for the maid to clean etc.
Notes on accommodation
The apartments are locally managed so that any problems can be addressed immediately. Our representative also manages an apartment complex, which is 15 minutes walk from our apartments and has a very nice pool which is available to our guests, for a small fee.(Free if eating in the restaurant.) Both apartments have full air-conditioning and additional heaters for winter use. Cleaning and change of towels and bed-linen is done on a weekly basis or at changeover.
Please note that the apartments are non-smoking.
Accessibility
There is a lift as well as stairs to the apartments.
Outside
As described both apartments have balconies and the roof terrace, which is superb for sun bathing, with a fantastic view of the sea.
Coast/Beach
The main town beach is 100 meters and has easy access. There is another beach 200 meters away which is reached by a flight of steps and is well worth the walk as you will find a quiet and enchanting cove with tranquil waters.
Golf
Carvoeiro is an excellent location for golf enthusiasts.There are 2 courses in Carvoeiro, Quinta do Gramacho and Pinta, and there is a 9 hole course on the Vale do Milho estate. Other championship courses are Penina and Palmares which are a 30 minute drive away and Villamoura 35 minutes drive away. Quinto do Largo and Vale Do Lobo 40 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
The Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis is open to non-residents, and water sports-The School of Wind Surfing at Praia Grande Ferraguda is just 10 minutes drive away. Big game fishing/dolphin watching trips can be arranged with the tourist office near the Carvoeiro beach. Horse riding is just outside Lagoa on the N125 road towards Albufeira.
Travel
Carvoeiro is a 45 minute journey from Faro airport. Budget airlines e.g. Thomsonfly, Monarch, BMIbaby, Flybe, Easy Jet, Jet2.com and XL fly from airports all around the UK with German wings, Hapag Lloyd flying from Germany. Most of these airlines are linked to care hire and transfer facilities though these can easily be booked independently. Car hire is available from Faro airport or within Carvoeiro. It is always abvisable to book car hire and transfers in advance. We can give advice on these.
Distances
There are two water parks within 10 minutes drive of Carvoeiro. For the 'Big One' turn right at the Lagoa crossroads and for 'Slide & Splash' turn left.
Lagoa is the nearest working town, which is a 5 minute drive by car, bus or taxi. Ferragudo, Portimao, Silves, Alvor are all within 15 minutes drive.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking with balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday start date.
