The apartment has the advantage of video phone access and a lift from the underground car park. The nearest local beach is only a 5 minute walk away as is the local supermarket and the many excellent restaurants to be found in Gale. The nearest town of Albufeira is a short drive or taxi journey and so the apartment is ideally placed for visiting all areas of the Algarve. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room/dining room and separate kitchen. There is an extremely efficient hot and cold air conditioning system which is included in the price.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts for long winter lets between November and end of March - details on request.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival would normally be after 2pm and departure 11am but this can always be discussed at the time of booking.

Beautiful soft egyptian white towels are provided and the apartment is cleaned and linen changed on a weekly basis although the washing machine is available for use during your stay. Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own. |
Notes on accommodation
This is a non smoking apartment. There is the added advantage of the air conditioning system which is provided for guests to use and include in the weekly price.

Outside
There is a large swimming pool located in the private landscaped gardens of the apartment complex. There are outside showers and personal sun beds and umbrellas are supplied with the apartment. The apartment benefits from being located within a secured area which is locked with resident access only.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Gale, San Lourenco, Castelo, Everista, Coelha and Sao Raphael are all local to the area and there is one to fit everybody’s requirements from the small secluded cove to the huge sweeping bays so popular with wind surfers.
Golf
There are many local golf courses which are accessible from the apartment. The nearest is the Salgodos course which is a five minute drive away.
Travel
Gale is situated 35 min from Faro airport. I have the use of a property manager who will be available on arrival and go through all the apartment facilities with you. Transport from the airport to the apartment and back can also be arranged at the time of booking. We can recommend a car hire company which would be useful to visit some of the areas further afield.
Distances
The nearest town is Albufeira which is about 15 mins by car, bus or taxi. Here you will find the town split into two area's, the old town and the more lively newer part. There is something for everyone with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The local town of Guia, 10 mins away has become famous for its resident Sir Cliff Richard as well as the traditional BBQ chicken piri-piri in a hot spicy sauce. Algarve shopping centre is a must for all shopaholics.
Booking notes
I require a 25% deposit to secure the booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to departure. I also require a refundable cheque for £100 to cover any damage to the apartment.
