Villa Linda is a new builded (completed 2006) country Villa. Panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the national park with his fields and hills, almondtrees and fig trees, from the rear terrace, the house and from the pool. Wounderful spacious Stone-Garden for relaxation with large sun terraces. The villa has all the modern utilities is fully equipped and is managed by a local agency. With the beautiful beach Zavial only 2 min by car. Short driving distances to a lot sandy beaches on both the south (swimming) and west (surfing) coasts of the Algarve.

Notes on accommodation
Because the villa is located on a cul-du-sac of Hortas do Tabual village, it is ideal for children. The children can play safely also in the big garden or explore the national park area, witch is surrounding the villa.

The villa are heatable, in the winter there will be an extra charging for heating.

Accessibility
The 1 floor incl. the balcony is suitable for wheelchair users, but the pool and the garden is so accessible by steps.
Outside
The villa has a large, beautiful stone-garden over two levels. On the backside of the villa is the large sunbathing terrace with double door access to all ground floor - bedrooms and livingroom. Also on the back are the balcony with the wonderfull view all over the Nature Park.
On the terrace is a BBQ and all garden furniture, like sun loungers and outside table and chairs, on the balcony is a second set of chairs, table, and sun loungers.
The pool is totally private and 38 sq.m. large, with an extra small basin for kids.
There is an outside shower in the garden.
The view behind the house is all over the nature park, without houses or buildings.
The property has a carport with space for 1 car and an extra privat parking place.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach to the property is Zavial (1,2 km, or 2 mins by car). Zavial has a golden sand beach also as dramatic steep coast. The beach restaurant offers fantastic dinners or small lunches, with absolutely beautiful view over the ocean.
The next beach is Ingrina a beach (1,2km) ideal for familys, with a fantastic restaurant/bar surroundet by palms. Countless sandy beaches, grottos and caves are waiting for you to explore them.
Golf
It is close to several Golf Courses with the Parque da Floresta Golf and Spa Resort only 5km away. Boa Vista, Penina and Palmares are between 15 to 30 mins by car.
Travel
Nearest airport Faro approx one hour by car (100km), Lisbon is approx 3 hours by car (340 km). Car hire is essential and cheap.
Distances
The nearest village is Raposeira in 2 km with restaurants, supermarket and cafes. Vila do Bispo is in 5 km with regional market, butcher, bakery a beautifull famous old church.
Sagres is 15 mins by car and has a fort of Henry the Navigator and a famouse light-house. Lagos with his nightlife, yacht-and fisher-harbour (marina), restaurants, bars and shops is 20 km by car. Slide and Splash Waterpark 30 km. Zoomarine with dolphine-shows is 40km, zoo Lagos is 20km.
Further details
Hortas do Tabual is in the middle of the National Park, a small traditional portugese village with 20 houses. There is a restaurant on the other side of the street and a small shop for the basics of daily life in 200m distance. Bank, post-office, traditional fish and fruit market (monday-friday), pharmacy, excellent local restaurants are reachable in Vila do Bispo or Raposeira. In Sagres are the next bars and a disco 10km and the next petrol station and a big supermarket is reachable in Budens 10km. Watersports like surfing, fishing or sailing all within 15 min. by car in Sagres or Lagos. In Sagres there is also a good surf school. Horse riding 20 minutes by car. Dolphin-Tours, Grotto/Caves-toures by boat in Lagos. Hike and walks through the nature, mountain biking in front of the Villa in the Nature Park "Costa vincentina".

The price shown above is up to 4 persons per week. Each additional person pays 50,-Euros per week extra. Deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance normally due not later than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday date. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday, full payment is required at the time of the booking. Euros accepted. Payment into German or Portuguese bank.
