Watch the sun rise on this south-facing 3-bedroom apartment, with its own garden. The tastefully decorated lounge and dining area have plenty of space to relax and unwind, whilst the kitchen is fully equipped with built-in AEG appliances with everything you need to enjoy a memorable stay. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. The twin bedroom is also en suite, with the other bedroom having a double bedroom and bathroom next door. All are tastefully decorated with sufficient supply of linen and bedding.

 

Notes on accommodation
Both apartments have heating/air conditioning units with log fires for the cooler winter months. Having the gardens make both ideal for children to play safely on the manicured lawns.

There are steps to the front of the apartments, but access can be made from behind, but not entirely wheelchair friendly.

Outside
The gardens are private with their own outside furniture, and are both near the communal swimming pool.

Coast/Beach
Beautiful beaches with Blue Flag awards are within 10 minutes walking distance, with several other beaches 20-30 minutes drive to the east and west of Quinta do Lago.

Golf
The development borders the São Lourenço Golf Course, with several more Championship Golf Courses very near in Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and half an hour away in Vilamoura, Tavira and Albufeira.

Travel
Car hire is recommended to get the best out of your holiday, although not essential, if you prefer the peace and tranquility of São Lourenço. Faro is the nearest airport and is approximately 25-30 minutes by car.

Distances
Quinta do Lago has many facilities, inlcuding golf, tennis, watersports and horse-riding with its own shopping centre - Quinta Shopping about 20 minutes walk and 5 minutes drive away.

Further details
Almancil has a greater variety of shops including the international Supermarket, Apolonia - 20 minutes away. Loulé has a weekly gypsy market on Saturdays, for everyday shopping there is a Modelo supermarket and Lidl, approximately 30 minutes by car. There is a wide variety of restaurants, from Fish and Chips to popular beach bars with Fresh Meat and Fish on the menu. There are tennis academies, watersports centres, horseriding available around Quinta do Lago. The nearest bank, supermarket and post office is a 5 minute drive away in Quinta do Lago with several more in Almancil, 20 minutes drive away. Visits to waterparks and Zoomarine can all be booked through Reception.
