Luxury townhouse situated on golf course with stunning panoramic views overlooking the golf course. Heated pool 10metre from front door. Sleeps 4/6 (2 bedrooms and sofa bed). Fully air-conditioned with all mod cons. The accommodation and resort complex is suitable for both golfers and non-golfers, including families with children of all ages. Guests in our house enjoy a 40% discount on green fees at Parque da Floresta. As we live locally, we can offer guests a unique and very personal service. For example, a custom made welcome pack can be arranged - you just pay for the goods; tee-off times can be booked through us in advance at both Parque da Floresta and other local courses; we can recommend the best beaches, restaurants and entertainment for both adults and children. The house book contains a comprehensive guide to everything in the area. Key operated safe in master bedroom. No charge for cots and high chairs.

Coast/Beach
Approximately 5 minutes drive to Salema beach. Boco do Rio/Burgau/Luz beaches 10-15 minute drive. Many other beaches on the west coast which are ideal for surfing are only a short drive away - say 15 minutes.

Golf
Situated on Parque da Floresta golf course - guests staying in our house enjoy 40% discount on green fees. Other nearby golf courses include Boa Vista (10 minutes drive) and Palmares (20 minutes drive).

Special interest holidays
Two quality mountain bikes available for use by guests free of charge (but will be liable for any damage). This is a great area for mountain biking with tracks to suit all levels of experience and fitness. Also ideal for walking, with the Costa Vincentina Nature Reserve covering the whole of the coastal area around Parque da Floresta. Horseriding - we can recommend an amazing horse riding centre which caters for all levels from beginners upwards and takes a holistic approach - it is unique! Surfing is also big in this area with many schools offering safe tuition and/or rental. Windsurfing is also available on same basis.

Travel
Car hire is essential. Faro Airport is 75 minutes by car. As residents here we can recommend local companies that are very reliable and cheaper than the large operators.

Distances
Budens (supermarket/petrol) 2 mins, long opening hours in the summer. Salema Beach with great beach restaurants 5 mins. Burgau/Luz 10-15 mins. Lagos 20 mins. Many idyllic restaurants within close driving distance. Full guide in our house book - this can emailed to you in advance if required.

Further details
Activities in area include scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, horse riding, mountain bike hire, tennis, bowling, kids clubs all of which can be booked through resort reception. Water parks, ZooMarine and Zoo are all close by.
