Beautiful modern 3 bedroom villa within walking distance of the ancient medieval walled town of Obidos. The villa is set in a peaceful location and is ideal as a base for either relaxing in the garden by the pool or for exploring this magnificent region. The Silver Coast and the Obidos lagoon have miles of clean sandy beaches and there are numerous golf courses within easy reach, including the famous Praia D'el Rey. The villa has been equipped to a very high standard to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances whilst in the garden there is a Brick BBQ for those relaxing evenings. However the many restaurants of Obidos are all only a pleasant walk away!

Changeover days are Saturday. Alternative changeover days will be considered on a case by case basis. Prices include reasonable bills. An additional gas and electric charge may be applicable, dependent on usage in the winter months.

Saturday. Departure before 10am, Arrival after 4pm unless by prior arrangement. During the low season, alternative changeover days may be considered.

Kitchen: Electric cooker, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, pantry and vacuum.
Living Rooms: Comfortable living with two x 3 seater settees and a feature corner real fireplace, TV for use with DVD player & PS1 games consol (no channels), games and a micro CD system. Dining area with table and 6 chairs, patio doors to garden and terrace.
Other: There are garden chairs, table and sun lounger. The sun shines on some part of the garden at all times of the day. The brick built BBQ is provided with all the tools required. There is central heating throughout with combi-bolier for continuous hot water.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The rates include cleaning before and after your visit. Towels and linen are also included. If additional cleaning or linen is required this can be arranged and is charged separately.

 

Notes on accommodation
The property has tiled floors throughout the living accommodation, with laminate flooring in the three bedrooms. The whole villa is serviced by an integrated vacuum system. There is an entrance hall with plenty of cupboard/storage space. There is an attached garage accessible from the kitchen. The garage is used for general storage of the outdoor furniture, toys etc.

Various beaches can be accessed within 15-20 mins driving distance. These include Foz de Arelho, Peniche and many others along both the Atlantic and Lagoon coasts.

Golf
There are many golf courses within 45 mins driving distance, including the famous Praia D'el Rey, Golden Eagle, Campo Real and Vimerio.

Travel
Airport: Lisbon 50 mins drive. Porto 140 mins drive. Faro 3 hours drive. Car hire is essential to fully enjoy and appreciate this beautiful region.

Caldas da Rainha 8km. Peniche 24km. Foz de Arelho 16km. Praia Del Rey 5km. Sao Martinho de Porto 18km. Nazare 38km. All distances are approximate.

Booking notes
A £200 refundable deposit is required to secure the property at the time of booking. The full rent is due 8 weeks prior to the rental commencement date. The £200 refundable deposit also covers breakages.
The deposit will be refunded once the keys are returned to the owner, subject to any breakage deductions if necessary.
