The villa is luxuriously and tastefully furnished, is built in 2 levels and has air conditioning. By means of steps the main entrance is reached. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms situated of which 2 share a bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms offer access to the terrace with swimming pool. We reach the first floor by means of a beautiful massive wooden staircase. On this level we find a large living room subdivided in a cooking, dining and lounge area. The open kitchen is provided with all modern equipment, such as a dishwasher, microwave oven and a large kitchen isle/breakfast bar. There is a large designer dining table and a sofa and couch present. Large French doors lead out onto the terrace with its splendidly uninterrupted view on sea! Next to the large living there is a closable TV room with large sofabed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. This room can serve as a fourth bedroom.

On entering main gate, there is a patio area with private parking with steps leading up to main entrance door (ground floor). The first floor can be accessed by the an in-house staircase or by the outside stairs from the pool area to the balcony.
Unsuitable for disabled, wheelchair inaccessible.

The villa has a garden with automated irrigation system.
The balcony has its own outdoor dining table/seating and large umbrella.
The pool area has a shower (warm/cold), 6 sun loungers, 4 chairs, table and umbrella. The pool has an overflow feature.
Coast/Beach
The beach is accessed by steps and is only a 2 minute walking distance from the villa. There are 2 superb restaurants near the beach both serving international and local cuisine. Sunbeds and umbrellas are for rent. Separate water sports area. Diving school at 300 meters from the beach.
Golf
In the surroundings of Lagos there are at least 4 superb golf courses present. Nearest is Boavista within 5 minutes drive from the villa.
Palmares golf course is located just outside Lagos, approx. a 10 min drive from the town centre. Penina and Parque da Floresta are all within 30 mins of the town centre of Lagos.
