A newly-built 50 sqm. luxury top-floor apartment in the popular family resort Cabanas de Tavira, situated 150m from a stunning waterfront overlooking the Ria Formosa nature reserve. The apartment is opposite the Pedras da Rainha complex and above the Melhor Preco supermarket (v. handy for shopping!). Cabanas is a small village, serviced by many excellent championship golf courses, restaurants and small bars ideal for families and couples looking to relax. Furthermore, the beach is believed by many to be one of the best in The Algarve. This 'blue flag' beach, accessed by a 1 minute boat ride has calm shallow waters, watersports, a cheap well-stocked cafe, clean changing facilites, toilets and parasol hire.

Outside
There is a very large south facing and secluded terrace, ideal for sunbathing and watching the sunset with a drink.
Coast/Beach
The beach is beautiful and only a few hundred meters away. To access the beach you must first catch a 30 second boat ride to a sandbar.
Golf
The apartment is ideal for short golfing breaks. All of the Eastern Algarvian golf courses are only a short drive away. The Benamor golf course for example is only two kilometres away. Other courses are:

We have a visiting massage practioner that we would be happy to contact if you wish. The Ria Formosa is a nature reserve ideal for bird watching.

We have been providing holiday accommodation for over 4 years with glowing reports from our guests. We meet you in person at the apartment and usually are on hand throughout your stay to give you any advice needed. Our other properties are listed on OwnersDirect under the code P2626 & P5131.
Booking notes
25% is required on a non-refundable basis to secure a booking. The remaining balance is then required 8 weeks prior. A £100 damage deposit is required and refunded 10 days after your departure. Guest bookings from Europe are asked to send a Euro cheque/Swift payment direct to Portugal please.
