Apartment is 200m from the leisure area comprising of a large outdoor pool and indoor pool (with Jacuzzi), 2 tennis courts and children's play area. The rear garden is private with table and 6 chairs also has a front patio with small table, 2 chairs & 2 footrests. Interior is furnished to high standard, leather suite, 32in LCD TV, DVD, mini hi-fi etc. Situated 5 minutes drive from Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Portimao. 5 minutes to Penina golf, 15 minutes drive to water parks and 30 minutes to Zoo Marine (Swim with Dolphins!). Evening entertainment in Alvor.

Changeover day
No preference on changeover day (although Sunday or arrivals after 7pm would incur key collection costs approx £15). Arrivals from 3pm departures by 11am.

Towels and linen are included in the price. The property is cleaned once a week before arrival. Must bring own beach towels. Midweek cleaning with towel and linen change is available for an extra cost of £35. |

The breathtaking beautiful sandy beaches in the Algarve are amongst the finest in Europe. Relax on the expansive Alvor beach approx 5km or picturesque Praia da Rocha that benefits from a wooden beach 'boardwalk' incorporating several cafe style restaurants which is approx 4 km.
Golf
Numerous golf courses within short driving distance. Nearest Penina approx 2km. Alto Golf approx 5km. Guests of Oasis Parque also receive discounts at Boavista near Lagos.
Special interest holidays
Canoeing, fishing, dolphin watching, boat trips available in either Alvor or Portimao harbour, or even try skydiving at the nearby private airport!
Travel
Faro airport is 45 minutes drive via the A22 motorway. Return transfers from airport can be arranged. Car hire is recommended but not essential.
Distances
With a 5 minute walk from the apartment there are a few local bars in the village of Chao Das Donas and also a large retail park.
Portimao is 4 km away and has a cosmopolitan feel both in it's shops and cafe/restaurants and Marina.

Booking notes
20% deposit required on booking, of which 50% of the deposit is non returnable. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday.
