Bedrooms: Master bedroom upstairs has a king size double bed and en-suite bath/shower, sink, bidet, toilet, balcony with views over the valley at the front.
Two bedrooms downstairs have two single beds in each, with sliding patio doors on to terrace areas.
Bathrooms: Shower room, sink and toilet downstairs.
Kitchen: Large modern kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob cooker and dishwasher.
Utility Room: Automatic washing machine.
Living Rooms: Large lounge/dining room with two sliding patio doors onto front terrace. Lounge has TV, satellite, DVD and music centre.
Other: All sliding doors have steel shutters to keep the house cool in summer. Large private pool at rear with fully tiled terrace.
Pool side furniture, large brick barbeque and ample sun loungers. Large sail-style sun shade by the pool to keep cool.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for all ages, as the pool is very shallow at one end.

Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Outside
Well stocked gardens that are walled at rear for privacy. Lemon trees at the front and rear, also orange and lime trees.

Coast/Beach
The obvious reason why people visit the Algarve is the beaches that are amongst the best in the world, visitors to this area are spoilt for choice. Lagos has a very large beach, with a spectacular view across the marina and town. There are many great beaches to east and west of Lagos. To get to these, you have to take a taxi or drive, but it is worth the trip. Many beaches have clusters of beach bars, restaurants and washrooms. Just sit back and take in the rays!

Golf
If golf is a requirement, there are two excellent courses just 10 minutes drive from the villa.

Travel
The transfer time by car from Faro airport to the villa is about 50 minutes. A hire car is preferable, but not essential, as other arrangements can be made.

Distances
There is a small village between Lagos and our villa, which has a shop and bar. However Lagos is 4km from the villa.

The villa is our private family holiday home and we have tried to make it as comfortable as possible. The villa has many comforts that you would expect in your own home eg leather suite, games, books, clock radio’s, DVDs, Sky TV, music CDs. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Our aim is to make your stay unforgettable. We rely on your recommendations!

Booking notes
Booking is done via a deposit of £200 per week. The final balance is due 8 weeks before departure.

Unique benefits of the property
Our Home is 4 km north of Lagos on the top of a hill, in a small development of about 15 houses. This is a very quiet site, with a lovely view over the valley. It is very private at the back. The historic town of Lagos is only a 5-minute drive away and has a large beach, marina, golf course, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities. If sun, relaxation, peace and quiet is what you are after, then our villa is just what you have been looking for!
