Amazul Villa is in a prime position overlooking the 1st fairway of Vale do Lobo's Royal Golf Course. It's like having a private terrace overlooking a '5 acre lawn' which some else mows for you! The front of the house is on a very quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking. A peaceful location but with many facilities near at hand. You will have 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The villa is not a sparse ‘rental villa’ it is our second home and is well furnished with nice lighting and very full equipment. There is central heating throughout the house and air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom (fans in all 3 bedrooms).

Changeover day
Friday or Saturday preferred. Normally arrival after 4pm and departure by 11am but we try to be flexible.

| Living Rooms: | Dining area with a round table with comfortable chairs to seat 6/8 people. Lounge with 2 x 3 seater settees plus full Sky+ TV (sports and movies) plus video recorder. Stereo system with plenty of CDs. |

All linen, towels and tea towels included in price. Maids clean and change towels twice a week (beds changed weekly). Pool man and gardener call frequently. |

Notes on accommodation
Extra gas heating for pool available at extra cost in the cooler months. Broadband available.
Accessibility
Suitable for elderly but not wheelchairs. Once up front steps ( not steep ) rooms and terrace and walks out at the back all on the level.
Outside
Private pool (7m) all one depth (1.2m). Terrace beside the pool with plenty of loungers. Covered terrace: outside patio doors, furnished with large table and 8 chairs teak/aluminium. There are glass side panels and extendable awning for those lingering late evening meals! Prepared, no doubt, on the adjacent large gas BBQ. Cool evening? Light the gas patio heater! Roof terrace. Inside stairs lead to the landing and a door to the outside stairs up to the huge and very private terrace with views over the golf course, up to the hills and out to sea. This is the place for a quiet ‘total’ sun bathe, certainly the traditional place for a glass of wine as the sun goes down.
Coast/Beach
10 min walk to the beach and the ‘Praca’ - restaurants and bars, great food, superb views, often live music in the square. 20 miles of lovely clean sand, stunning red cliffs and more beach bars and dining a short walk along the sand. Grilled Dorada, salad, African rice and a bottle of Rose - guitarist/singer, another great day in paradise!
Golf
You cannot get much closer! There are 6 courses within 10-15 mins and another 6 within 30 mins.
Travel
Faro airport is 20 mins away. Easy taxi ride but a rental car is recommended. We can advise. Local car prices are low.
Distances
Towns of Faro, Almancil, Quateria and Villamoura are all about 30 mins away. Lovely Portuguese villages in the hills a few miles inland.
Further details
Small supermarket (and ATM) 5 min walk at the entrance to the resort. Also medical centre doctors, dentist, physio etc.
2 min walk from rear gate to Vale Do Lobo clubhouse with bars, restaurants, shops (English papers) and ATM.
10 mins drive to large international supermarket with everything in the small town of Almancil with lots of shops of all kinds. Also - our address book and the local magazine provided will give you a guide to scores of good restaurants across the whole price range from the "Chicken Hilton" at £8 per head to Michellin Stars.
